The Little Senju and the End of the Second Exam

Izumi's POV

Clones started to emerge from the trees surrounding us earning a gasp from both Naruto and Sakura while I merely gritted my teeth. What were we going to do? All of us were exhausted from walking so long. Naruto and Sasuke talked for a moment before the five of us, including Kabuto, huddled together as a defensive measure. With a quick hand sign there was a kunai in my hand as I didn't have enough chakra left at that particular moment to create a better weapon. After being taunted by one of the clones Naruto flew forward easily knocking one of them backwards with his fist. At first we cheered in victory, but it didn't last long because as the two flew backwards the clone was replaced by a sticky mud. In its place was a clone with two heads about to strike Naruto with a double sided kunai, but it was easily stopped by Sauske.

"Oi Uchiha!" I grunted grabbing the ravenette and pulling him to the ground before he could be struck with the kunai, but ended up with a cut myself that lead to bit of blood leaking from my arm, "Ow..." I mumbled grabbing my arm.

"Sasuke!" Sakura shouted as Kabuto sent a glare in the direction of the clones, "Are you alright?" she asked as I rose to my feet and she helped Sasuke to a sitting position.

The hidden rain ninja appeared the next morning to take us out after fighting the illusions all night, "hey, I know you!" one of them stared at Sasuke, "You're the one that cut my shoulder! That really messed me up you know!" the ninja readied their kunai when smirks came to all of our faces.

"Well, well!" Sasuke boasted, "Now look who's the cornered rat!"

"Worked like a charm Naruto!" Sakura commented.

"I did supply a few wood clones, ya know!" I interjected with crossed arms, "And I didn't have much chakra left either!" the rest of my team and Kabuto then went on to explain how our plan worked... Are these long explanations really necessary? During such we finished beating up the rain ninja and more clones...? Not exactly what I was expecting... Oh well!

Sasuke then collapsed to his knees grabbing his neck after trying to use his Sharingan, "Sasuke!" Sakura yelped running to the black-haired boy.

I don't have much choice... I thought bringing my hands into the sign of the dragon, I'll have to use that technique... Though I haven't exactly mastered it yet... I closed my eyes and focused the chakra into my eyes, "Seikatsu!" my eyes snapped open and in place of my neutrally colored grey eyes were bright green irises that was marked with a brown, leaf shaped pupils residing in the center. With a glance upwards I looked at all of the figures in front of us and I saw Naruto was about to be hurt by one of the clones and with a leap forward I grabbed him earning a quick glance from Kabuto. There was no way I would ever trust that silver-haired ninja. Something about him just felt off.

"Thanks Izumi..." Naruto muttered with a relived sigh, "Izumi... What happened?!? Your eyes!"

"Yes, I'm aware of my own eyes..."

Kabuto's POV

Those eyes... I shivered staring at the Senju that had just rescued Naruto from injury... again, So she's already unlocked the Seikatsu... This girl was full of surprises. She was excessively powerful to point that she was almost scary. I might not have even been able to defeat her.

"Naruto stop it!!!" Sasuke shouted through his pain as the curse mark glowed faintly on his neck, "There's no point!"

"What?!? Why?!?"

"The real ones aren't even there!"

"So Then where are they!" Naruto and Sauske continued to yell while Izumi scanned the area with her Seikatsu.

"Naruto!" Izumi called just as one of the real ones struck me across the face with a doubled sided kunai.

"Kabuto!" the blond gasped as I fell to the ground and as I glared at the three Naruto gave them a swift kick taking out both them and all of their clones, "Heh, like you said never give your enemy an opening!" he chuckled wiping his chin with the back of his wrist, "Good advice!"

"Thank you Naruto!" I said graciously gripping my neck, "You saved my neck!"

Just then Izumi collapsed falling down landing her face in the dirt, Seems like it still uses too much of her chakra to use Seikatsu very long... She was still breathing, but she had used nearly all of her chakra just to maintain her dojutsu for that short time.

"Izumi, are you alright!" the pinknette rushed over to the pink-haired girl, "She's still breathing..." she sighed in relief.

The sun shined brightly as morning finally showed its light and as Naruto's team procured the rain ninja's heaven scroll we parted ways and I met up with my own team.

Sasuke's POV

As we made it to the tower I was supported by Sakura's shoulder while Izumi was supported by Naruto's. I hadn't know that the Senju clan used any dojutsu and it seemed very powerful... Seikatsu? Is that what she said?

"What's the big deal?!?" Naruto grumbled to which I could see Izumi wince at the loudness of his voice, "Huh? I don't get it!!! What happens now?!?"

"Hold on a second..." Sakura pointed to the white sign in front of us, "Just look at that!" she then read the sign word for word.

"Oi!" Izumi stood on her own with little difficulty, "Before we go into another long, boring explanation... Just open the dang scrolls! I"m really not in the mood for this!" she was right there wasn't any other explanation for the empty room that we'd found ourselves in. With a gulp and furrowed brows Naruto and Sakura prepared to open the scrolls, "Don't you get the idea...?" Izumi sighed with a terrifying look, "I'm really not feeling very patient right now!"

With that the two flung the scrolls open and pouring from its contents came a white smoke and I instantly understood, "Oh no, this is a summoning jutsu!" I gasped wide eyed, "Naruto, Sakura quick! Get rid of the scrolls!" with a quick toss the two threw the scrolls away and in a puff of white something or someone appeared in front of us.

Izumi's POV

A tanned man with brown hair in a ponytail appeared suddenly from the smoke and everyone, but myself, was shocked. It was the man that Naruto had been fighting with before the land of waves. what was his name again...? Iruka?

"Long time no see, huh?" he had his eyes closed and his arms crossed and with a look upwards a smirk came to his face.The four of them reminisced while I sat there awkwardly unsure exactly what I could have to add to the conversation. More long explanations... Is that just what everyone wants to do today? Are they trying to bore me to death? If so I think it just might work... Iruka pulled a watch from his pocket, "And you made it just in time too! And now... Congratulation! You passed the second exam!"
