The Little Senju and the Summoning Jutsu

Naruto's POV

It was early the next morning that we started training, but... we weren't off to a great start as Pervy Sage was ogling some young women in which were enjoying a small pool of water in the most disgraceful way possible. He giggled and red came to his cheeks. "Knock it off!" I grumbled with crossed arms as Izumi sighed sitting with hes legs crossed on the rocky soil, while Pervy Sage continued what he was doing, "You're so creepy...!" just then I had an idea that might work, "Hi master Jiraiya..." I whispered in a sultry voice as I wrapped my thin fingers over his eyes while using my sexy jutsu, "Shouldn't you pay attention to me now...?" Izumi turned away not proud of my technique, "I'm just desperate for someone to train me and you're the only one who can do it super hunky sensei!" I continued, "Pretty please, Master Jiraiya!" I jumped back swiftly as he turned around with a creepy grin. He frowned upon seeing me that I had returned to normal.

"Alright..." he said in an annoyed fashion, "I guess I can teach you and Izumi a technique now..." Finally! "It's a technique that will take advantage of the massive chakras the two of you have, but firstly Naruto, you have two chakras and so I'd like you to try building up the red chakra as you called it yesterday."

"Well, I guess if you say so..." I placed my hands together into a hand sign and did as he asked, "Okay, I'll give it a try!" I closed my eyes and tried to concentrate, "No this isn't right..." I scowled, "This is just my ordinary chakra...!"

"Oh man! You really do have absolute zero talent don't you kid?!?"

"Leave it to me!" I announced flipping backwards and making numerous shadow clones, "This is the quickest way to get rid of all of my ordinary chakra!" in a moment I was speaking to all of my clones, "Listen up! All of us are going to have a giant battle, so the last one standing will be the strongest me!" with that we started our brawl. . . "Just like I thought... I'm the strongest me..." I gave a peace sign before falling over.

Jiraiya's POV

"Now I can teach you the technique!" I stated with a smile to which Naruto was instantly on his feet with clenched fists, "First, I'll show you two how it's done! Now watch carefully!" I commanded biting my thumb and drawing a line across my hand in blood, "Summoning jutsu!!!" I sang my hands easily forming a number of hand signs before I slammed one of them to the earth. Beneath my feet a giant toad appeared with a large scroll that was wrapped in its long pink tongue in which it unfurled toward Naruto and Izumi, "Go ahead, open that scroll and take a look inside!" Naruto took the scroll with great excitement dancing in his eyes, while Izumi held another giant scroll?!? "Uh... Where did you get that...?" I asked referencing her own scroll.

"I found it?" she said with a smirk and a finger pressed to her lips, "Yes... I found it!" she nodded in agreement with herself, "I'm not suited much to summoning toads like you do Pervert-Chan!" a laugh escaped her, "I think this suits me much better..." I took note of the word scrawled on the side of the scroll in which read 'dragon'.

"No matter..." I didn't bother to ask anymore questions, "Those scrolls are contracts each with a different animal that has been handed down throughout the generations. Just sign your name in your own blood and stamp the finger prints of one hand in blood beneath your signature. Find the place you want to summon the creature, then build up chakra and press down the hand you used on the contract."

Izumi's POV

I did just as Pervert-Chan said quickly creating a kunai using my wood style and slicing open my thumb. Pain stopped me for a moment before I unraveled the scroll and signed my own name next to the others before leaving my own fingerprints beneath my signature. With a smile I made the correct hand signs and smashed my palm to ground. A cloud of white smoke erupted from the ground before it lifted and on the ground was.... a small dragonfly?!? "A little bug???" I gasped with wide eyes, "A dragonfly and a dragon are two very different things!!!"

I looked over as Naruto tried the technique as well, "Ninja art summoning jutsu!" he cried dramatically thrusting his own palm into the dirt and... much to my dismay his attempt wasn't any better than mine. As he lifted his palm from the ground a small tadpole was flopping around like a fish out of water.

Pervert-Chan looked down from his perch atop the toad at our summons with a major eye twitch, "Try it again!" he bellowed crossing his arms.

It had been quite awhile since Naruto and I had started trying to master the summoning jutsu and neither of us had come very far. Normally I picked up techniques very quickly, but something about this was different.

"Hey Pervy Sage!!!" Naruto yelled far too loudly as Pervert-Chan stared at the girls from before again, "Are you gonna watch us practice this jutsu or not?!?"

"Leave him be..." I huffed as another dragonfly flitted about in the air to which I fell over exhausted. Naruto hadn't tried the jutsu as of yet that day, so he wasn't tired at all, "It's not worth the effort..."

"Can't you see I'm busy with my research?!?" Pervert-Chan retorted not turning around, "Do it yourself!"

"What'd I tell you...?

The sun was already starting to set as I had finally ran out of chakra.I was just about to take my leave for the day when Naruto tried the summoning jutsu again and this time... "Victory!!!" Naruto cried with a fist clench to which Pervert-Chan wondered yet again what was wrong with the blond, "Are you blind?!?" Naruto inquired pointing at the flopping tadpole, "This one has legs!!!"

"Great!!!" the white-haired man's voice was laced heavily with sarcasm, " Now give it arms and a brain and maybe I can train it!!!" I knew where this was going and I didn't like it... More yelling...

"Why do you have to be so negative?!?" Naruto countered still pointing at the tadpole, "You've got to admit.... At least I'm making progress!"

"Naruto!!!" I cried as he fell over backwards after summoning something that was seemingly closer to a frog than before, "Geez... How many more times are you going to do this?"

"He collapses again..." Pervert-Chan sighed walking over as I lifted up Naruto's head, "I suppose he's been working quite hard..." he grabbed a bucket from seemingly nowhere and filled it with the cool water from the stream before dumping its contents onto Naruto's face, "Open your eyes already!"Naruto was instantly yelling to which I covered my ears missing the conversation between the two, "Alright then you two follow me." I made a confused expression, but did as he said. He then took us various places and did he utter something about last meal...?

We were asking him more questions about his strange behavior when Pervert-Chan sent a fist into both our stomachs sending us flying in opposite directions. I eventually came to a stop, but realized upon looking down that I was falling from a high cliff to a rocky shore that lay several hundred feet below me and if I continued at that rate there was no doubt... I'd be DEAD!

This book has already reached 100 reads again. So, thank you, thank you, thank you! I didn't think I'd get so many reads again so quickly! In other news I finished the chapter I was working on yesterday and I'm actually really proud of it. It's kind of trippy to put it mildly, but I think it's bloody amazing, so it's all good. As I said before I'm so excited to get that far and post the new chapters as I write them, so until next time!
