My rieatsu is now at limit after sealing (y/n) rieatsu 5 years ago. Which is i cannot regain my old strong rieatsu

A dark room with no light, no one in sight, i glance to my side still darkness is what i saw...i glance in my clothes which is confusing, I'm wearing a black kimono and a sword beside my waist with a (f/c) sash putting it in place
I hear an evil chuckle behind me, making me look back...i saw a brown haired guy in a white robe also with a sword in his waist like mine
Seeing him with an evil smirk on his face making me sweat in fear and sending shiver down my spine..he step forward stretching his arm for me to reach and making me step backward away from him and clenching my hand into fist and putting it into my chest to calm myself
"Wh-who a-are y-yo-u"
Is the only question i can say to him in a scared expression on my face
"Hahaha" he laugh like an obsessed guy with a hand covering his face "u don't need to know who i am cause your time is near come with me"
A sentence come from his mouth still with an evil smirk and sheathing his sword and pointing it to me..i want to run, to scream but i can't move i feel like my feet sunked to the ground
When he's about to attack me i sqeeze my eyes shut and put my hand to my head and scream
" No.....NO.....NO!!!!"
~End of dream~
I jolted up and sat with sweat covering my forehead, panting/catching my breathe and realize it's just a dream...my hands still shivering from fear i embrace myself to calm down but no to avail. I glance to my side and found myself at Urahara sensei's shop
