Dez POV
"Dad! Dad!" I yell to the unconscious man on my floor. I begin to shake him.
Is he dead? I call 911
"Hello. This is 911 what is your emergency?" The woman begins to say.
"M-my dad! I think he's dead! Please send an ambulance" I say, I also give her the address and hang up.
I know my dad wasn't a good example for me, neglected me, beat me, but I always looked up to him. I knew he had a bad past that made him into the man he is today. He must've been a hard worker . I wish I knew him before he turned out ... This way. I begin to shake and I start crying.
"Why? Why! Why dad? Why did you ignore me? Why did you become a sadistic abusing son of a bitch?" I yell whisper.
911 comes through the door.
"It's okay son, just please come down." The man says, giving me a sympathiec smile. I don't need his damn pity.
I follow them to the hospital. They take my dad in the room.
"Just stay here." The man tells me again. I nod. I wish Austin was here with me. Memories of Austin come back to me and I start crying.
He said he'll always be there for me.
What a good Liar.
The man comes back outside and informs me that... My dad has died. I call my mom and tell her but it doesn't look like she cares. Whatever then.
"So what would you like to do then?" The man asks me and I wonder about it.
"Just have him cremated" I say emotionless and walk out of the hospital.
