Dez POV
(Time skip to the day of the trip)
Well, today is the day. I never thought that I would be seeing my mom again after my father died. I thought she disowned me but that day when I called her she didn't say anything when I called her mom. But maybe she'll tell me something when I see her.
I'm rather upset that I have to leave Austin because last night we cuddled and watched movies before I had to leave. But my mom is... I don't know, I'm worried about her? and her new boyfriend... What if he dislikes that I am gay? It is now 9:00 am and my flight leaves at 10:30, I begin to walk out of the house to the sidewalk. Austin's car begins to pull up to the sidewalk and I get in.
"Hey you excited?" Austin asks me.
"I guess but a bit nervous"
"You'll be alright." He tells me reasuringly and kisses my forehead.
I blush at that .
In a blink of an eye we are at the airport. We say our goodbyes and share a kiss.
I then see Eli and the rest of the Outlines.
"You ready Dez?" Grayson asks me.
"Yeah. Let's go"
