Pidge's POV

After the coast appears to be clear, Keith, Lance, Hunk, and I meet up. One thing missing... [Y/N].

"Hey guys, anyone seen [Y/N]?" I ask.

"No." Lance answers.

"I haven't..." Keith answers.

"I have not either." Allura sighs.

"Come to think of it, neither have I." Hunk adds.

"Where is she?!" I ask, panicking.

"Woah there, Pidge. Calm down." Lance says, calmly laying a hand on my shoulder. "We'll find her. I'm sure she's fine." I, out of rage and panic, smack his hand, that was on my shoulder, as hard as I can.

"The fuck, dude?!" He asks, pulling back his hand.

"She's tough." Hunk says, trying to be comforting. "She's probably killing some Galra right now, or beating the crap out if them. I'm sure she's ok." He says.

"I- I don't know, we should look for her, just in case." Keith suggests. "Before moving to the next ship, we need to find her."

"I second that idea!" I say.

"Pidge is probably just paranoid." Lance sighs. "But we should get her before moving ships, I agree."

"I also agree." Allura adds. "We know she's tough, and she's capable, but anything could have happened. It's better safe than sorry."

[Y/N]'s POV

Blindfolded and handcuffed, with someone's hand over my mouth to keep me quiet, I'm walked... Somewhere. I don't quite know where. Suddenly, everything goes dark.

~~~
I wake, lying on a cold metal floor. I wince, as there's a stinging pain in my right shoulder. Where am I?
I'm exhausted, which makes no sense, as I've been asleep for I don't know how long. My mind feels fuzzy, and I noticed my vision slightly blurred.
That's when the panic begins to settle in, and I'm hit with a surge of sudden emotions, I lay there, tired, crying, and unable to move.
Outside POV
"Requesting back up," Keith demands into his headset. The crew, minus [Y/N] is back on the the small ship they'd infiltrated, changing back into their own armor. "[Y/N]'s missing. She disappeared."
"W- When was the last time you've heard from her?!" Shiro asks through the headset, panicked tones rising in his voice.
"No one has seen or heard from her in approximately three hours." Keith says, anxiously. "We've managed to completely take out three ships in that time, still no sight of her."
Keith and Shiro continue talking back and forth, but meanwhile, Pidge sits on the floor, hugging her knees to her chest, small tears trickling down her pale face silently, while Allura has an arm wrapped around the smaller girl's shoulder, trying to calm her down.
"Shhhh." She whispers calmly. "We'll find her. I promise."
"I- I- I can't— I won't lose her again." Pidge sobs.
Lance and Hunk busy themselves also. Lance, who was originally standing by Keith, walks over to where Pidge and Allura sit, sitting down cross legged in front of them, comforting Pidge. — Hunk, busies himself by repairing his Bayard, which had become severely dented during a fight.
Keith finally finished up his discussion with Shiro, and speaks up. "Sendak has... Contacted the Garrison..." He says.
"W-What did he say?!" Allura asks.
"...They have [Y/N], and she's safe-" He begins, but is cut off by Pidge.
"Oh thank God!" She says, letting out a sigh of relief.
"...But not for long." He adds. Pidge makes a small squealing noise, and goes back to hugging her knees to her chest. "They're holding her for ransom."
"What do they want?" Lance asks.
"The lions." Keith says. "They've offered to return her in exchange for the lions..."
"Well we can't give them to him." Lance replies.
"We have to!" Pidge cries. "They'll kill her if we don't!"
"They'll probably kill her even if we do." Hunk adds.
"But-" Pidge mutters.
"We have to find another way, Pidge." Keith says.
"We'll get her back, I promise." Lance says, resting his hand on Pidge's shoulder.
"I hope so." She mumbles.
Your POV
There's a banging noise on the metal bars of my holding cell, followed by a grumble coming from deep voice.
I hear keys rattle, and soon enough I'm handcuffed once more.
"Come with me!" The Galran man orders, but I'm barely able to move.
He forces me onto my feet, and basically drags my motionless body away from the cell. "Sendak wants to see you."
I groan in response, as that's all I'm able to do. All I see from my foggy vision is blurry of people zoom past, as I'm dragged down the twists and turns of the hall. — Finally, I'm led to the front of the ship, where I'm met by blurs of the sight of another tall Galran, and several blurs of guards.
"Paladin [Y/N] ... How ...Nice... To see you." A tall Galran remarks, with a voice I recognize, Sendak.
I'm thrown to the ground by the Galran who had led me here, onto my knees. "Not so tough now, are you?" Sendak snickers.
I manage to mutter a, "Fuck you." from my dry and aching throat, followed by a cough.
He cracks a laugh. "Silly little girl. You don't scare me one bit."
Using all the strength I can gather, I force myself to stand. "I'll show you 'silly', asshole." I groan.
They all laugh.
"Send her to the arena." Sendak says. "This will be a treat to watch. If she's anything like her brother, we'll have ourselves a new champion."
Champion? The hell does he mean by that?
I'm dragged away once more, down the many halls and corridors, to what I assume will be my demise. —
Maybe not that dramatic, but I feel things aren't going well.
(A/N) Wow, I end on cliffhangers a lot. 😂 Sorry. But, a few quick announcements, so stick around.
-Book is coming to an end with a few chapters and an epilogue left to go.
-Qualified for the Watty Awards!!
-I made a bunch of Percy Jackson things if you'd like to check them out, as when this is over, those books are becoming my main focus, and will be edited more often.
I wrote a PJO/HOO oneshots book, and an OC story ('Serena') which are out now, and I'm currently working on the first chapter on a Nico di Angelo x Reader.
Anyway, have an awesome day/night/whatever.
-An exhausted Alex who hasn't slept, at 6am.
