Alvis Boot (OC): Fifth-year Ravenclaw prefect and thus Eugenie Delacour's male counterpart. He exists in canon in the most basic sense; someone has to be the ancestor of Terry Boot. Not a wizard of many words or many smiles for that matter, he struck most people as dour. Alvis means "all wise" in Old Norse.
First Appearance: Mostly a peripheral character, he first appears in Chapter 54 ("Returns to Hogwarts")
