Rajesh Setalvad (OC): Fifth-year Gryffindor prefect and prefect partner to Augusta Delagardie. Driven, with a sharp intellect that will not be out of place in Ravenclaw. He has a love of duelling that stands out even compared to others in the ADADA class—losing does not deter him from duelling with the same person again. Setalvad also has what Lakshmi calls 'the unfortunate habit of picking up causes.' He has a younger sibling, Sandhya (3rd year) in the same House.
He shares four classes with Hermione; Advanced Transfiguration, Advanced Charms, ADADA, and Advanced Ancient Runes. 'Rajesh' means 'ruler of kings', a high king, if you will. His family is a global one and still keeps in touch with the branches in the Gujarat Province of the Indian Empire.
First Appearance: Present in passing in Chapters 22 and 23 ("Councils in Times of War" and "La Société"), but hardly noticeable. First present with actual lines in Chapter 30 ("On Conjurations and Accidents") and Chapter 31 ("Traces") in ADADA class.
