The best part of our community camps as dentists was to go to places, to reach out to those masses who can't afford treatments, who had a hard time to earn their means. Visiting a dentist was out of question for them.. 😓
Some of those amazing moments of helping the less fortunate were the ones at blind schools.. Children who were deprived of their eyesight yet carrying a smile on their faces. They stayed, ate and learned there. I was amazed to see that despite of their blindness, their other senses were so strong! They were aware of what was going on. Counting steps from their rooms to the ground. Walking almost normally as if they can see better than us.. 😉👍🏻
They were blind but they were happy. They didn't want to live an abnormal life but wanted to live wid pride. They wanted to learn and become something. 😎👍🏻
This attitude made me so happy and motivated.. If they can do it why can't you? If you think you struggle everyday, you have not seen other peoples struggles.. 😅

God is always there to guide you, to show the path but following it without regrets is in our hands.. 👼🏻
