GENERATION GAP.. GENERATION NEXT..

Whoaa!!! Thats a long title.. 😂😅

The topic is self explainatory.. We have all gone through this phase.. Havn't we? All of us have had experiences with our elders be it with our parents, grandparents or guardians.. 🙂

Sometimes you feel that they just don't get you.. Just don't try to understand you.. You try to explain them that its the latest trend. They say.. Don't pretend.. Its just coz you wanna do it.. 😓

There is a fine line or a gap which creates between generation then and now.. As kids or as someone who is fairly younger to them what should we do? Here are some great steps to follow 😉

1. Always listen to them. Give them a chance to say what they really mean to tell you. 👍🏻

2. Always respect them. Don't back answer them. You are alive and standing here, achieving something is because of them. 👼🏻

3. Listen calmly and request them if you could speak now. 😌

4. Express your view calmly. 😊

5. Listen to what they want to say to your opinion.. 😳

6. Don't overreact. 😑

7. Draw out a conclusion from both the opinions. 🤔

8. Make sure you follow what conclusion is drawn and don't act smart by doing the complete opposite. 👿

9. Don't argue with them coz at the end they are elder to you.. 😤
And lastly...

10. Follow these steps and see the change.. 😃

Surely you might have to do a little adjustments here and there. Surely u will make some compromises but the end result is a smile you won't forget..

Think about it in the other situation.. All the way round. You argue. They say no. You still do the things you want to do. You go out of the way against them and do it. What happens! You and your elders are upset and worst what if things don't go the way you want.. You are stuck & that too with noone to support or guide you..!😔

If you do the steps above. Just follow it once for starters and see the change. Experience the difference. Not only will you get a better opinion that you could take into consideration but a feeling of self content and support.. Who knows.. Things might turn out the best for you.. Remember...

ITS THE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE THAT COUNTS WHICH YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A CLUE..
SO DON'T EVER SAY THAT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU..
COZ THEY WERE ONCE LIKE YOU LIVING THEIR LIVES STEPPING IN YOUR SHOE.." 😇
