He kisses me before getting up, "I'll be back up here to go to bed after a few... Don't do anything to get hurt while I'm gone."

I bite my lip, "Or I could come down and say that I need one more drink."

He laughs, "Oh no, you don't need anymore."

When he gets up I get up, linking our arms, "I think one more won't harm anyone."

"You are going to have water. And maybe I'll make you some hot chocolate."

I should at least try one more time and with everything off of my chest, it might be a bit better this time. I just needed to get some things off my chest, it's fine. He laughs and we make our way down the stairs again, to find Reyna and Madison making more drinks. We sit back down and continue the night. After a while, everything blurs together. It doesn't take long before I find myself waking up and wondering what happened.

The pounding headache giving me a slight clue but I still don't know much happened. There is a reason I limit myself or stay away from all alcohol if possible. I sit up and shiver at the cold air touching my skin. When did it get so cold? I really shouldn't have drank more. I should have just called it a night, my head is killing me and I feel horrible.

My eyes snap open, "Not again."

"It didn't happen again Haydie... Close call though."

I look over to Cyril who is getting out of the shower, "Who saved me this time?"

"I did."

I get out of the bed and frown, "Did I only pack shorts and a tank top for pajamas?" I grab my bag and grab some warmer clothes, "Never mind... Found out for myself."

I pull out the sweatshirt and sweatpants before going into the bathroom once Cyril gets out. I get dressed and braid my hair before making my way down the stairs to get breakfast, especially something to nurse the hangover I have. When I get to the kitchen I pour myself some coffee and drink it, taking the ibuprofen I found on the counter. How sweet, I wonder who left it for me.

I sit down on a stool and regret not putting my hoodie on. I could have pulled my hood up over my head and enjoyed life for a bit. When I hear a plate making its way towards me I open my eyes and stop it before it can get close to the edge. I look up to see Cyril with a smile on his face. How can he be so happy? Nevermind, I know the answer.

"While you three suffer from a nasty hangover I will be happy as ever."

I frown at him, "You stopped drinking after a cup of the fizzy flamingo... Keep your happiness away from me."

Reyna and Madison sit down, "Yes, we might help kill you if you don't."

"How is he so happy?"

I look at Reyna, "He does this... He will drink so much before stopping and the next morning take a jog, make breakfast, and maybe go out for a job."

Madison looks at him, "Tell me your secret."

He slides a glass over to us a cup of green goop and I plug my nose, "That is his secret."

Madison pulls a face, "What is that?"

"A smoothie."

"No, smoothies smell nice and don't look like that."

I grab the cup, "Some do."

Keeping my nose plugged I drink it and slide the empty cup back over to him, "See, it doesn't taste that bad."

I eat my omelet as Cyril gets Reyna to drink some but has no luck with Madison. She refuses and he puts what is left over in the fridge if she changes her mind. By the time we are all done with breakfast Madison finally caves and drinks it. We go into the living room and go back to looking at the files to see if we can figure anything out.
