-Justins POV-

I can never catch a break with all of this. The guys and I were in the basement for a meeting due to my call that interrupted the nice meal we've rarely gotten to have. I felt bad for leaving Madison and Nathan up there alone and confused but this call only caused half of the anger of what could've been more. I don't want her to see me so angry.
Alex, Sean, David and Gavin all stood beside each other facing me with their arms folded in a annoyed yet curious expression. I let out a deep breath and put my fists in sync to the table in front of me.

"We've got a serious problem boys... It seems as though as our shipment has been denied."

They all looked even more confused. Which made me angrier. I pushed off the table with frustration.

"Somebody decided to give our shipment guy a visit. By visit I mean he's dead. And they took our shipment. It's gone, every bit gone. Luckily we had some of our associates there to keep watch for us and saw who did it. But they only captured one of their men. And the rest got away."
I finished finding myself getting more and more angry my eyes darkened with this madness. It seems as though as things just keep getting worse.

"Who were they?!"
Alex yelled also becoming pissed with the situation.

"I don't know, and neither do they. The man has kept himself quiet besides giving them threats. They suggest we take a trip up there and investigate ourselves."

"When do we leave?"
David asked tapping his foot and cracking his knuckles, ready to put his fist in the mans face.

"We leave in the morning. Be awake by six. We leave at eight, no later. We need to prepare. Until then. Get whatever you need ready for the morning. Don't bring to much, we don't need to be hit and need to carry a shit load back. Meeting dismissed."
With my words done they all nodded and made their way up the stairs with tense figures and anger splattered on their expressions. I let out a sigh and followed behind in their footsteps.

-Madison's POV-
I watched them all leave the table one by one making their way to the basement. I couldn't help but tell Justin wanted to murder somebody with his look. Nathan was startled by his voice and held his head down silently eating his pizza trying to be quiet. I gave Nathan a look that reassured him nobody would hurt him and he gave me a little smile. I dusted my hands of pizza crumbs and took a sip of sprite, the bubbles filling my mouth and sliding down my throat tickled but the drink calmed me. Once they were all in the basement Nathan started talking to me about school and his new friends he is making and how the teacher is nice. But I just nodded and smiled at him listening but I had such a nosy side on me I wanted to know what's happening because I knew Justin wouldn't tell me.

"Nathan that's great. I'm so happy for you but I'm going to be right back okay? Stay here and eat."

"Where are you going? You don't spend time with me anymore since you came back, it's like you've forgotten about me."
His frown could've touched everyone's heart and made them tear. I sighed and kneeled down to him and held his little hands in mine.

"Nathan. Never ever could I have forgotten about you. I'm sorry I'm not spending much time with you, it's just so much has happened and I need to still figure out things."

"Well I want to help! I can help yo-"

I shook my head at him making him look down.

"Nathan you're so young and shouldn't be going through this. I'm doing what's best for you. This is grown up stuff, I need to handle it. But I'll tell you what. Tomorrow, we have a us day. How does that sound?"

He smiled and cheered happily. I couldn't help but smile back at him. I kissed his head and gave him the knowing look to be quiet as I snooped on Justin and them talking. As I let go of his hands and stood up my long sleeve shirt rose a little on my arm and revealed the wound that would haunt me forever. His eyes widened and I quickly hid it. I gave him a hush sign with my finger to my lips pleadingly and he only nodded and continued eating. I couldn't help but feel bad. I shook my head at myself and tip toed over to the basement door. I placed my ear up to the door and began listening. I heard banging as if someone was hitting something. Then words began.
