Chapter 10~I was at the top

~It's been 3 days, after the talk me and Ivan had with Sir. Jameson...

I was glad for atleast 3 days, everything went normal for once...

It was Friday Now, I prayed that everything will be normal now but that was not what i expected...

It was 8pm, and i was doing a biology assignment.... My hands were getting numb, Ivan was also doing his assignment. He closed his book. "I'm done" he says and exhales. "Your done?!" I asked, with exclamation. "Yeah, it was hard though" he answers. I chuckled, I concentrated back on my assignment.. Ivan seated beside me and waited for me to finish.

After a few minutes...

"DONE" I exhaled.

"Let's go somewhere" he saids out of nowhere, I jumped. He chuckled. I looked at him and half smiled showing my teeth. "Where?" I ask. He smiled widely, showing his perfect white teeth. "You are so gonna hate me after this" he says and Laugh. He made me feel nervous. "What---?" I said...

Suddenly, out of absoloutly nowhere, he pulls me and carries me in his arms, swiftly. In high speed, i didn't know what was happening. Agian like before, I saw only bright colors...

The only thing i saw was his face, I stared... His face, was hard but... soft. Suddenly, he looks at me. I curled up. He smiles at me,and runs faster. HIs hair, moved with the wind, which actually... made him look... hot... XD

Suddenly, the whole atmosphere became clear again. He gentlybuts me down. "Where are---" but before I could finish, I was captured at the beauty of where we were. We were at the top of a building, i didn't know what building...But it didn't matter now...

"Ivan, it's beautiful" I said, the sky was absoloutly amazing... The stars glittered brightly, The wind slowly blew to us... It felt amazing, feeling something like this... Just pure calmness... Ivan walked right beside me..., "I love the air... you know why?" he says... We both looked at the city, the lights were like little stars, that were rainbows... I never knew the night was this beautiful... "Why?" i ask.

"Beacuse, the air can't be seen, but you feel that's it's there..." he says. I felt what he said... I love Ivan, he couldn't see it, but... can he feel it?... "That's, true" I answer. Slowly, his fingers pulled my hand gently. I held his hand... It felt like this was just a dream... But It wasn't... "I wish i wasn't going..." I hear him murmur... It caught my attention, "going where?" I ask him. His head dropped, His whole face was sadness... He turned his face to me... He turned and he was infront of me.. holding both my hands.

What was he going to say?... I was afraid all of a sudden... "I'm not going to stay forever, on earth..." he says. I pulled away, I  couldn't understand him!, I felt like being covered with rocks!, "Your not staying!, then why did you gaurd me in the first place!" I exclaimed. I ran pass my him, I froze... I... I... couldn't... accept it...

Tears flowed down my face.... "Ali, I'm sorry, i should have told you sooner, but i was afraid" He says. He walks closer to me... Every step he takes foreward, I take a step back "Alison! " he shouts with shock. As i take my last step, I slipped. In a second,  realize i was already falling... The air rushes to me in full speed... I close my eyes...

"Alison!" I hear his voice. I saw him jump, his wings flew and he catched me... He flew us on the clouds... slowly... The clouds touched me, it was soft... like the air.... "I'm sorry..." he says. His eyes, locked on mine. "I...--- why do you have to leave?" i ask , wipping my tears. He sigh with sadness. "Beacause, it's one of the deals we have to make... The only angels that can stay are fallen angel and nephilims... I'm just a gaurdian" Ivan explains. I wrapped my arms around him. "I'm gonna miss you" I say. "I'm gonna miss you too..." he answers and kisses my forehead.

Then suddenly, every momwent that we had flashbacked to my mind...

"When are you going?" I asked. "When... the signal comes... i actually don't know what the signal is... But i think it's when my mission is done..." he answers.

I was tied. I felt like i was at the top, but it felt like i was in the basement.

~Ivan's POV

I keep thnking of it everytime I was alone... I didn't want to leave... If only i could sacrifice my wings!... but it was impossible.

 Suddenly, I remember.

It was the year 1772... It was not the generation which 2012 has, it was more silent, joyful and less chaotic for me, less corruption.

I was just here to set a life Vacation. Every 200 years or more, we get to ive on earth again, until we die the day we died before.

We had more cloths on than 2012, which were very hot literally.

I remember Something Very Clearly...

It was 1772, and Kyle and his family were wanting to have a party, which everyone in the town was invited.

The whole enviornment was elegant, it was like we were in a golden palace.

"Ivan, Fine any good ladies here?" Kyle asks me,

Our language was a bit of British.

"Oh, No thank you" I answer. Kyle sigh "I've never seen you with any ladies here..., We only get Vacation once in awhile, Ivan. Make Use of your time" Kyle explains. I though it was absoloutly rediculous, finding a girl in vacation. "Were angels, not suitors" I answerand laugh. I slowly walk to the buffet to get a drink... But I froze, as I saw her beauty. Who was she?, What's her name?. She looks at me and Smile. I walk closer.

"Good evening Madam" I say, I gently picked up her hand and kiss it. "Good evenin good sir." She says and half smile. She was beautiful, Her hair had soft curls and her eyes were green, her lips were cherry red and her voice was like a melody. "May i know your name?" I ask. She curls her lips. "My name is... Cellissa Alliet Collins" She answers. "Cellisa" I whisper. She waited for me to say something, "Oh, forgive me for not introducing myself. My name Is Ivan Carson Coven" I answer, "Hmm... your a Coven. I guess your a pretty humble man" She says. Was that a compliment?. I chuckle. "Thank you, Madam" I say. She suddenly holds my hand. "Oh please don't call me Madam. Call me Ali" She says. Her smile was like a glorious sunrise shinning to me.

At that night, it was the day that I died, again.

~PRESENT DAY

I open my eyes and realized...

It was Ali's past life... Which stunned me most....
