"Stop playing!" I shouted at Emani.

"Fat ass, I just grabbed one." He softly passed me the bag of Doritos back.

I quickly grabbed them and stuffed one into my mouth, until I realized her called me fat.

I looked over at him, my eyes watering.

"You called me fat." I mumbled.

He quickly looked over at me.

"No, no, noo, baby. I didn't mean to call you fat."

I shook my head and looked away from him.

"But you did. I'm sorry I'm pregnant." I cried.

"Nana, Stop." He grabbed my hands and pulled me in his lap. "You're not fat baby, I'm sorry for saying that."

I pouted and looked away from him. "But you still said it."

"I'm sorry, you know that. Look at me."

I looked at him and wiped my eyes.

"I love you." He said.

I smiled softly. Here I go, feeling like I was in high school again.

"I love you too, Emani."

He kissed my cheek.

"You hungry? I've been wanting some wingstop."

He got up, knocking me off of his lap.

I scratched my head and looked away from him. I take back what I just said.

"Uh, yeah. Sure." I said.

He walked over to his jeans on the floor and pulled his wallet out. He handed me his debit card.

"Here, go get some."

I looked at his card and then looked at him.

"What? Emani."

He smacked his lips.

"Baby, I've been drinking. I can't drive." He said.

I smacked my lips and snatched his card out of his hand and got up from the bed.

"I'll text you what I want." He said.

I ignored him and went to throw on a pair of sweats. I left my hair down and grabbed my purse and my keys.

I walked out of the room completely ignoring him. I was definitely pissed off, now.

Since Zena was always gone, of course I had to go by myself. Ever since Emani came back I had seen less and less of Zena because she always kept her distance from him.
