"You know you not supposed to be eating that." I snatched the bag of Hot Cheetos away from Pea.

She mugged me and snatched them back.

"Yes, I can, leave me alone."

I plopped down on her couch and kicked my shoes off.

"Um, you're supposed to be here to take me to my appointment. Not take a nap." She snapped playfully.

I mugged her. "Nigga you over there eating Cheetos, yo' appointment not until 3. It's 12."

"So why you here so early then?" She asked.

I smacked my lips. "Phoebe."

She laughed loudly. "I'm just playing."

I shook my head and laid back on the couch.

"How have you been? You look stressed." She asked.

I watched her get up from the couch and go into the kitchen. She was growing day by day and everyday I seen her, I grew closer to her than I was before.

It's something about having a bond with the mother of your child.

"I'm chillin'." I said honestly.

Things were going smooth with Gisselle, kinda. She was letting loose a bit and starting to let me finally show her that I was trying to be a better person. Not just for her but for our child. Or, my children.

Me and Bones were still on the outs. As much as I tried to reach out to him, he wasn't fucking with me. I even tried to talk to his sister, Ryan but she ain't even fucking wit me.

So, I figured I would just give him his space.

Ryan's graduation was in a few days so I was gon' show my support, like I always did. Just from a distance.

Pea came back into the room, this time with a pickle. I laughed.

"Yo, Pea What the fuck? What do you be eating?"

She scrunched up her face. "It's a pickle?"

"But you just had hot Cheetos? You starting them weird ass cravings early?" I asked.
