Hello!

Enjoy~

(Y/n)'s POV

I winced as Phil wrapped up my wrist and palm, my shoulder blade pressed up into the couch to pin an ice pack there. Chris, who had arrived soon after I had, was cleaning up the blood along my face. I hadn't seen much of him lately. Dan was in the other room with Joe, dealing with him for the time being. Chris held another ice pack to my eye which was swelling.

"You should've taken one of us with you," Phil said.

"I would've gone," Chris offered and I just mumbled. Phil taped the bandage and my right hand was left stiffly wrapped and unable to use for the next few days. I sat forward, taking the ice pack on my face from Chris and let the other one fall. Aches rippled through my body after the adrenaline had worn away. I stood and wobbled slightly. "Wait where are you going?"

"I want to see him," I said. I shoved past him a heavy scowl on my face.

"(Y/n), wait," Phil said, but I just shoved past him too into the dining room. I pushed open the door and Dan and Joe glanced up at me. I pulled the ice pack away from my cheek staring at them.

"(Y/n) what are you doing?" Dan asked and I walked further into the room, gently moving Dan so I could approach Joe. I stopped to stare down at him, my left hand curling into a tight fist. His hands lay under the table, tied tight with ropes, his eyes watching me mercifully. I swung and cracked my left fist into his nose and he reeled back. I sought to grip his shirt and hit him again, but Dan grabbed me from behind.

"You bastard!" I snarled and struggled against Dan. "I'll kill you!"

"Stop. Calm down," Dan soothed and I writhed against him.

"I'll fucking kill you!" I said, Chris and Phil entering the room.

"(Y/n). Stop." He pulled me from the room, turning me around in his arms. I beat at his chest, wanted desperately to break free but not to hurt him. "Stop it."

"Let me go!" He gripped my arms tightly.

"Stop it right now and look at me." His voice was firm and I glared up at him. "What is wrong with you? Why would you do that?" I stared at him, the heavy breath in my chest settling. "Answer me."

I gazed at Dan, my breath passing through my lips as my eyes began to water. I choked out a soft sob and crashed into his chest with my forehead. His hands dropped my arms and wrapped themselves around me. He held me firmly, letting out a soft shush.

"I'm sorry, I just couldn't stop myself."

"It's alright, there's no need to cry," he said. "I will handle this. I promise, just go rest."

I glanced up at him and he gently wiped a tear from my cheek with his index finger. He pressed his lips to the top of my head and sent me upstairs. I laid on the bed, shutting my eyes and letting out a breath.

I laid there for a long time until I heard a loud bang from below. I let out a gasp and began to sob again. I curled onto my side, shaking and realizing my vague threats had become the outcome. He was dead. All the things about his sick sister he had said resonated with me. The door opened and I sat up, my shoulder hanging loosely and painfully. Dan stood in front of me, holding out his hands to me.

"I'd like to take you somewhere," he said. His hands held my bruised and injured hands gingerly and I stood, trying Joe won't be a problem."

"Is he dead?" Dan shook his head.

"No dear, that was only the door," he murmured. "He's going to be kept under watch by an assistant. Please, will you let me take you somewhere? I've been waiting to do this, perhaps after Andrea had been taken care of, but I just need to do this now."
