Away from you

Since the last incident, Moonbyul was trying her best not to annoy Solar. She thought that Solar was genuinely a nice person and should not be troubled. She would still annoy Solar unknowingly and Solar happily forgave her every time.

“For how long will you be gone?” Hwasa asked Solar with a sad face.
“Just three days guys, I’ll be back soon till then you guys practice every day and don’t mess up anything.” Solar said the last line while looking at Byul.

“What? Why are you looking at me?”
“Because it was meant for you. Don’t try to kill anyone with your pranks till I come back”

“It will be better if you don’t come back at all.” Moonbyul said with cocky smile.
“Why don’t YOU leave the group if I annoy you so much?”
“Beac-“ Moonbyul was about to say something but Wheein stopped her.

“Please don’t fight now. Unnie, don’t worry, we will behave our best. You attend your family function; we will take care of everything here”

“Take care everyone, see you soon.” With that Solar left to attend a function at her house.

Day 1 without Solar

It was just the three of them for practice. They gathered in the practice room.

Moonbyul seemed quiet today. She would always joke around and annoy Solar. She couldn’t concentrate on the steps and seemed kinda lost.

“Unnie, are you okay? Shall we take a break?” Wheein asked sincerely.
“No, I guess I’m just tired.” They continued the practice and Moonbyul hardly got any steps right.

“What happened unnie? Are you missing Solar unnie?” Hwasa asked Moonbyul jokingly. 

Honestly, Solar was the only thing that was going on inside Moonbyul’s head. Moonbyul could feel that something was missing. Though Solar was strict and less fun according to Moonbyul but she had become a habit for her. It felt weird for Moonbyul to not annoy Solar.

“What? No. I am happy that she is gone. See, it’s so peaceful without her. I feel like a free bird.”
The three of them laughed coz it was somewhat true.

Moonbyul went to check her phone and her face immediately lit up when she saw a text from Solar.

Solar: Hi. How is everything going on there? I hope you all are practicing sincerely.

Moonbyul: Yes, finally we are practicing in peace without anyone yelling at us. Please take as much time as you want for the function.

Solar: Hey I only do that for your betterment, and I don’t even know why I decided to text you. You make me not want to come back. Please tell Hwasa and Wheein that I miss them and to take care of themselves. Bye.

Moonbyul: Ok bye.

Moonbyul felt bad after sending that text to Solar, she wanted to text Solar and ask about her but she stopped herself. The day went by with three of them hanging out. Solar did not text back again.

Day 2 without Solar

Moonbyul opened her eyes to the alarm on her phone. 7:00 AM.
She got up, as Solar was not there, Moonbyul would get up on her own but she did miss hearing Solar’s voice in the morning. Moonbyul’s day would start by hearing Solar’s voice and would end with seeing Solar’s face.

Her eyes travelled to where Solar’s bed was. It was neatly folded when she left and it still looked the same.

Damn she missed Solar.

Moonbyul grabbed her phone from the nightstand and started typing a message.

Moonbyul: You still sure about your decision of not coming back, right?
