*The Boys 2.0*
*Louis' POV*
So me and my wife decided that we were going to go to Alexis' final live show before the finale. We have been watching on TV since the audition and we couldn't be more proud of her. Last night we watched her perform with her group and they were absolutely incredible. They had the entire audience on their feet. They even go a standing ovation from the crowd and the judges. I know when Alexis finds out that I am here, she is going to think her mother and I are going to drag her out kicking and screaming. But to be completely honest, Alexis and her group have taught me to love music again. Though I might have been angry at first, but after watching her perform for the very first time, all of that anger faded away. And ever since then, my love for music started to slowly come back. It made me so proud watching Alexis up on stage last night with her group. And it made me even more proud to watch Alexis make it through to the finale from the audience. I wanted to go congratulate my daughter and her friends on making it through to the next round, a security guard came up to us before we could even leave our seats. He told us that no one from the audience was allowed backstage. He told us we needed to leave immediately. My wife and I tried to tell the guy that our daughter was one of the contestants, but he wasn't having it. So we just gave up and left for our hotel. Hopefully we get to see Alexis before she performs next week. We will be staying all week, since Alexis made it through. I am hoping that Alexis finally turned on her phone, so we are able to contact her. Cross your fingers that we are able to see her before the performance next week.
*Zayn's POV*
So my wife and I made it out to the live show before the finale to watch Bailey and her friends perform and they were amazing. Absolutely incredible. I am so proud of her. And I am even more proud that she and her friends made it through to the finale. Now my wife and I will be staying the week so we can watch Bailey and her friends perform in the finale. I know I should be mad at Bailey because she went behind my back and auditioned for the X Factor when I made it pretty clear that I did not like anything that had to do with music, especially the X Factor. But after watching Bailey sing for the first time, music had slowly started to grow on me again. And now, because of Bailey, I now have the love of music I used to have when I first started out. After the result show, my wife and I wanted to go backstage to congratulate Bailey and her friends, but before my wife and I could even leave our seats, a security guard came up to us and told us that they were not letting anyone from the audience backstage. We tried to tell the security guard that our daughter was one of the contestants and we wanted to congratulate her, but unfortunately he wasn't having it. We were told that no audience members were allowed backstage, whether they were family members of the contestants or not. So my wife and I gave up and went back to our hotel. Hopefully we run into Bailey sometime this week. I really want to tell her how proud I am of her and wish her well in her finale performance.
*Liam's POV*
As you may already know, my wife and I just watch our daughter perform on the X Factor and watched her make it through to the finale. Though I made it clear that I did not like anything that had to do with music, especially the X Factor, I am very proud of what my daughter has accomplished. I enjoy watching her up on stage every week, obviously doing what she loves. I came here tonight with my wife to support Julie. We also came to surprise her, but a security guard came up to us before we even had the chance to leave our seats. He told us that they weren't letting anyone backstage tonight. We tried to explain to him that we were the parents of one of the contestants, but he wasn't having it. Thankfully we will be staying all week. So we get to see Julie and her friends perform in the finale. I know, exciting. Hopefully we get to see Julie before she performs next week. I want to tell her how proud I am of her and how I can't wait to see her perform in the finale. Cross your fingers I get the chance to tell her that before she takes the stage next week.
*Niall's POV*
So my wife and I finally made it out to a live show. I know, crazy. But we couldn't help it. We have been watching week after week from behind a TV screen. So this week, we finally decided to make it out to a live show because you never know if and when you are going to be eliminated from the show. Not that we have any doubts for Katey and her friends. They are amazing. And they are even more amazing live. Watching their performance last night was incredible. And I was so proud after watching them make it through to the finale. I can't wait to tell Katey how proud I am of her and that she is going to do great next week. I actually tried getting backstage, but a security guard came up to my wife and I before we could even leave our seats. He told us that they weren't letting any fans backstage tonight. We tried telling him that we were parents of one of the contestants and that we just wanted to congratulate her, but he wasn't having it. So we finally gave up and made our way back to our hotel. Hopefully we get a chance to see Katey before she goes up on stage next week, though she might freak when she sees us. She still thinks that I am still anti-music. But the reality is that music has slowly been growing on me every week and it is all because of Katey and her friends. After not listening to music for so long, I realize now that music was the one thing missing in my life. I realize now how much I actually do need music in my life. And it is because of Katey that I am now just realizing this.
*Harry's POV*
So, as you may already know, my wife and I made it out to a live show to watch Brittany and her friends perform. And let me tell you something, they are even more amazing live than they are when you are just watching from behind a TV screen. I enjoyed every minute of their performance. And I am so proud of Brittany and her friends. I was so excited when they announced that Brittany and her friends were going to the finale next week. I honestly can't wait to see her and tell her how proud I am of her and how excited I am of her that she is going to the finale. My wife and I were actually getting ready to go backstage to congratulate Brittany and her friends, but a security guard came up to us before we could even leave our seats. He told us that they were unfortunately not letting anyone backstage tonight. We tried telling him that we were the parents of one of the contestants backstage and just wanted to congratulate her, but he wasn't having it. He basically forced us out of the arena. After we put up a good fight, we finally gave up and left the arena to go back to our hotel. I am hoping we get to see Brittany before she goes up on stage next week. Though she might actually freak when she sees us. She probably thinks that we are going to ground her for life because she auditioned for the X Factor and snuck out to go be apart of the X Factor. To be completely honest, I am not going to ground her for auditioning for the X Factor. She's doing what she loves and I see that now. It's the sneaking out and running away and not telling me or her mother where she was going part that she might get grounded for. But that is still to be determined.
