--Recap--

"Well, I've had this idea for a long time now. And I was going to offer it to you girls whether you won the show or not." Simon stated as he started rambling nervously. After a moment or so Katey finally interrupted him.

"Simon, just get to the point." Katey said in annoyance.

Simon quickly apologized before continuing.

"What I was trying to say is that you girls are amazingly talented. You have gained loads of fans since being on the show, me being one of them." Simon started, but was interrupted by Bailey.

"Would you just spill it already? The suspense is killing me."

"How would you girls feel about being signed?" Simon finally blurted out.

*The Meeting Part 2*

*Julie's POV*

"How would you girls feel about being signed?" Simon finally blurted out.

"Are you serious?" I said almost immediately. To be quite honest I was feeling a mix of disbelief and shock. Did he really just make this offer right now?

"Of course I'm being serious. Why wouldn't I be serious?" Simon stated.

"Sorry. Just a bit shocked is all. Wasn't expecting that offer." I replied.

"Well, do you girls need to talk about it? It's okay if you need time to think about it." Simon said quickly.

He probably thought that we weren't going to take this offer. Does he not know us? Of course we're going to take this offer.

The girls and I just looked at each other before looking back at Simon, who was full on rambling at this point.

"SIMON!" We all yelled in unison.

"What?" He said defensively, finally discontinuing the rambling.

"We're going to take you up on that offer." Bailey said with a slight smile.

"Really?" He said in disbelief.

"Obviously." Lexi replied.

"You know this is what we've been wanting to do for as long as we could remember." Brittany added.

"I'm glad you agreed because I already have the paper work for you to sign." Simon replied.

We just laughed in response. We spent the next hour and a half reading through the paper work and signing each piece of paper. Once we were through, Simon looked up at us and smiled.

"Congratulations girls. You're fathers are going to be so proud of you." Simon said smiling.

And then it hit us. We have to tell our fathers. What will they say? Will they be happy for us? I mean they were very supportive while we were at the X Factor. Will they support us in our decision in signing and becoming famous singers?

"Why do you girls look like you've seen a ghost?" Simon said, suddenly sounding concerned.

"We have to tell our fathers, don't we?" Katey asked in a monotone voice.

"That was kind of the idea." Simon replied.

"But what if they get mad at the fact that we got signed and we'll be making this our career?" Bailey asked with concern.

"I'm sure they'll be happy for you. I mean, how could they not be? They were happy for you throughout your time on the X Factor." Simon explained.

"But what if they're not as supportive as they were while we were on the X Factor? What if they don't want us doing this full time?" I asked with concern.

"Listen, girls. You can do what ever you want to do. I understand you want to do whatever makes your parents happy, but would you rather pass up this opportunity to do something that doesn't make you happy?" Simon asked.

We all shook our heads no.

"Then trust me. They'll support you no matter what. And if they don't, then oh well. You girls are doing what makes you happy and that's all that matters." Simon told us and we just smiled. You know, Simon can give great advise every once and awhile.

After about another hour of discussing our plans going forward, we decided that we didn't want to tell our fathers about anything that happened at the meeting. Well, not yet anyway. We wanted to tell them when we were ready. Thankfully we will be doing a lot of work at the studio in London for the next few months, so we are able to live with our parents and sneak out to go work everyday. But after a few months we will hopefully have our first single out. So we'll hopefully be traveling to promote that. We'll either tell them about everything then, or just wait until our entire album comes out. Hopefully they won't get too mad that we're lying to them. Again.
