Prologue 4: Rainbow Crystals- edited

Time: 4 year skip, 12:30

'Finally! It's ten minutes to lunch, that means I get to spend more time with Mamoru!'

'I can hear you, Usa. But it's great to hear that you think about me in your free time.'

I blush as I stare at my desk, 'I can't believe I said that through our link! So embarrassing!'

I hear my prince laugh through our link, 'It's okay, if you want to know, I think about you just as much. Maybe even more.'

I smile, 'I love you.'

We both feel joy and happiness as he relies back, 'I love you more.'

Just then, I hear the bell go off for lunch, 'I'm already waiting for you. Come to our usual tree.'

Nodding my head, I ask him, 'Should I invite Umino and Naru?'

'Sure, it'll be our usual lunch double date.'

Naru and Umino walk towards me as I gather my stuff. Naru usually packs lunch bentos for the both of them while Umino packs the picnic blanket and drinks. Once in a while, whenever Mamoru has a spare after his lunch, he would come to spend time with us during our lunch.

Normally, anyone who wants to be a doctor would never be able to take this many spares but!Mamoru is smarter than anyone in his class right now. To be exact, he won't be challenged until he gets into University. Even then, he would be able to pass with flying colors without looking at his textbooks. Although that's only because he remembers everything from our past life.

When we met outside, Mamoru greeted me with a hug, spin and lastly a kiss. Umino looked at Naru as she stared at us.

Mamoru and I thought together, 'I can literally see the hearts in her eyes. She clearly wishes that Umino can be more like Mamoru/ me.'

Umino tried to reach out to hug her but stops in not only embarrassment but shyness. Both of us look at each and close our eyes, 'If only we could give him some courage.'

After finishing our lunch, we relax and spend some time talking. Mamoru kept me in his lap while Umino had finally gotten his courage up to hold her hand. Both of them were smiling while blushing, 'They're so cute together!'

I couldn't help but think to myself. Just then, Greg appears in front of me, "Hey, Usagi can I talk to you and Mamoru alone?"

Mamoru and I nodded our heads and followed him. Both curious to what he wanted to talk about, we watched as he took a deep breath in, "I know about your true identity as prince and princess. I also know that I have one of the Rainbow Crystals that you are looking for."

I check my wand, it was beeping, 'Seems like he's right.'

Mamoru asked him, "How'd you know about us and the Rainbow Crystal?"

Greg shrugged his shoulders, "I guess being the carrier of the Rainbow crystal gave me some abilities. To be specific, I get visions of the future and I can't control them."

'Visions of the future?'

Excited, I asked, "Then do you know who the other carriers are?"

He nodded his head, "Not in the order they will be attacked by, but I do know who they are. "

"Can you tell us?" Mamoru asked, just as excited as I am.

He nodded his head as he said the names while counting with his fingers, "They're seven of us: Myself, Peggy; an artist, Rita; a future teacher, Joe; a future gamer, Grandpa Hino; who is in charge of the Shrine near your house, Hercules; a chubby cat that will be adopted by a future pregnant wealthy couple, and a Priest; who is in charge of the church near the school."
