Special Chapter: Hearts On Ice

Luna POV
"Princess, the ice comet is entering the earth's hemisphere." I say as I watch a blue light pass the Moon.

"Yes, it is time for us to get ready for another battle. Have the Outer and Inner Ladies ready for Snow Kaguya's reawakening."

"Serenity, be careful. I faced her many millenniums ago. She will freeze the entire Earth if underestimated." My Queen says with a worried face.

"Don't worry, Mother. You used the Silver Crystal to seal her away last time. I will do the same."

"I leave it to you." 
My Princess and I bow our heads in reply.

Back on Earth, the ice comet is nowhere to be found.

"It's probably been found by someone already. We just don't know who." Artemis analyzed.

"Then, we'll have to find out who has it. Otherwise they will lose their life soon." Mercury says with worry.

"There's an attack near the shopping mall!" Mars interrupts as she reads the Sacred Fire.

The Inner Ladies move to counterattack the first attack. Artemis and I watch to see if Snow Kaguya has been awakened yet.

"So far, there are only sightings of the snow dancers." Artemis says with a sigh of relief.

"The problem is they're made of snow and, that's everywhere right now. So they keep regenerating." Jupiter says in frustration.

"I'll just have to burn all the snow around us!" Mars begins to attack with Jupiter.

We hear the princess calm Mars down, who only sighs in frustration, "It's almost Christmas! And we have to face a new enemy!"

"It's better if we split up. I'll try wandering around the neighbourhood to see if anyone found the ice comet." I say to Artemis.

"Luna! Be careful out there!"

Three days later:
Usagi POV

Mamoru and I cuddle outside, "Luna looks like she still hasn't realized how much she treasures Artemis."

"Don't worry, she will realize at some point. After all, how else will Diana be born as our daughter's advisor."

"But Luna has been visiting this male scientist for a while. Artemis seems to be worried about her too."

"Well, Artemis is more aware of his feelings. He's been by her side this whole time. I'm sure they will get through this."

"You're right." I say as I lean my head on his shoulder.

"I know I'm right. After all, Artemis and I both feel the same."

All of the sudden, a joke comes to mind.

I turn away from him and pretend to cry, "Oh Mamoru! I didn't know you love Luna!" 

He starts to panic, "Usa! You know that's not what I meant! I love you!"

He gently brings my face to his, "Mamoru..."

I close my eyes and lean in for a kiss.

Luna POV

I watch as Usagi and Mamoru lean kiss.
My eyes widen, as I wonder how it feels to love someone.

Shaking my head, I give the royal couple their privacy. I walk my usual path towards Kakeru's house.

'I hope he's not feeling too sick. He really needs to take good care of his health. He's been too focused on his research on Princess Kakuya.'

I enter the house to witness a fight between Kakeru and his lover.
