Chapter Two

The bell rang and school was finally over. After a torturous long day I was in desperate need of blood. I was in a real bitchy mood and I needed to relax. Hopefully aunt Samantha can find a blood donor for me, preferably AB positive. I got into Adams car and we sped off on our way home. When we got to our home I ran straight to aunt Samantha.

"Avery what brings you here?" She frowned.

"I need a blood donor."

"When?"

"Wishing now but since that can't happen then in the next ten minutes in my room." I said.

"AB positive?" She smiled.

"Please." I smiled softly back.

"They'll be there soon." She walked me out of her drawing room.

"Thanks."

"Your welcome sweetie."

A few minutes later Samantha knocked on my door. I opened it thrilled to have my donor. To my surprise it wasn't what I had expected.

"Lucas?" I frowned.

"Avery I'm sorry. All the other AB donors were reenergizing. He offered himself as your personal donor." Samantha apologized.

"I bet he was more then willing." I frowned.

"Correct." Samantha smirked.

"Come on Avery let us get to the biting." Lucas flashed a womanizing smile.

Which has never worked on me. "What about A donors or even B donors?" I asked Samantha.

"Preoccupied." She shrugged. "Besides he is a vamp, you'll get more then what you do from a human donor."

I sighed, "Let's get this over with."

Lucas strutted his way inside my room grinning like a idiot. I thanked Samantha again, closing the door I pushed Lucas down to sit across from me in a chair. I sat down on my bed, pulling his wrists to my lips. I eye balled him before sinking my fangs into his flesh, warm blood filling my mouth instantly.

The same butterflies that I got from my breakfast glass of blood took over me now at this moment. Lucas moaned surprised I was fast to drink from him. His eyes were closing together. His mouth shaped in a O form.

I sunk my teeth more into his flesh. My skin burning with pleasure, lust humming from Lucas's body. My body sung to his blood going down my throat. Time no longer exists while I drank.

My eyes closed to the fireworks bursting from my thirsts. His blood hypnotized me to ease my harsh biting. I loosened my hold on his wrists, he held it there willingly. My thirst and irritation went away. I pulled my fangs from his wrists.

Letting him come down from his lust high. He slummed down in his chair, leaning back. His eyes came off there heavy haze, opening up. He gave me a sexy smile that sent good shivers down my back. Our eyes locked, he stood. I went to show him out.

"You were awfully anxious to drink my blood." Lucas smirked. He was clearly back to his normal self.

"I was thirsty." I warned him to say anything out of the way.

"How was I for your snack? Tasty?" He teased.

"Go." I ordered.

He pulled me close to him, his arm pressed against my lower back. "I know you loved it."

His lips brushed against mine. I looked him dead in the eyes. "Go Lucas."

He moved my bangs to the side. He observed my face, I felt like he was programming ever detail in his mind. He smiled weakly then left the room. I sunk down on my wobbly legs onto the dark tan carpet in my room. Why did I feel the things I did when I drank from him?

Avery...

I heard my name being a faint whisper in my head. Acceptance was clear in its voice. Who was that?

Wolf... I heard the whisper in my head once more.

Was it my wolf? My birthday wasn't until this weekend. My seventeenth birthday. When my firsts shift will happen. How is she connecting with me so soon?

Special....strong... She whispered again.

Yeah I know I'm special. My mother told me how I saved Adam the day I was born. My power of life I held inside me. Strong? Well I'm from a royal bloodline and a creature of the moon. But I'm only in training I don't have my full strength yet.

I'm so confused! I don't understand! How was my wolf connecting with me? Why did Lucas's blood sing to me? Singing to my soul. I won't find my soul mate until I'm seventeen and after my shift.

I need to take my mind off things before I go in overload! I grabbed my iPhone 6 and plugged my ear buds in. One of my many favorite bands, We Are In The Crowd blasted in my ears. Building me up, making me feel like I could take on the world.
