The Unoticed Truth (Edited)

Chapter twelve

Third pov:
In the middle of the woods, between the Kim pack and Jung Pack, there stands a small cabin.
Four alphas inside the small cabin, sitting at a square table.
"That stupid omega, thinks he can get away with anything... Just because he got lucky with the head alpha by his side..." a male alpha growled out, anger boiled inside of him to the max. His friend shook his head and sighed in irritation. Not believing his friend at the moment. "Chill Josh, our plan will work so don't worry... is that right boss?" The alpha looked across to the end of the table, his friends gaze following. There sat a female alpha, her arms crossed over her flat chest and a grin plastered across her face.
"Right... we'll get that slutty omega... one way... or another..."

Hoseok's pov:
I stood impatiently in the elevator, waiting to reach the first floor.
The moment I heard the ding and the doors opened, to slowly for my liking of course. I squeezed between the opening elevator doors. Seeing Taehyung standing by the front door of the building, talking to a female, that I didn't know. I slowly approached them, noticing she was an alpha by her scent. She had long dark hair pulled up into a high pony tail, eyes that almost resembled Taehyung's, but they both didn't really look completely similar, only a little. I felt stiff and awkward, not knowing what to do or say.
"Oh hey Hoseok! Meet my sister, Kim EonJin," Taehyung happily stated to me, I glanced at her and shyly smiled and waved at her.
She stuck out her hand, "It's nice to meet you Hoseok, my brother talks about you all the time at home," I felt my whole face and even my ears heat up, I shook her hand. "I-it's uh nice to meet you too," my voice was hushed, but still able to pick up, I hope.
She then started squealing, "awww TaeTae! He's so cute!! Don't lose him! He's definitely a keeper."
I saw how Taehyung glared at her in annoyance. I will admit, he's cute when he is all flustered, I giggled and pinched his flushed cheek.
I smile softly at him, And noticed that once he glanced at me he loosened up a bit, letting out a breath. I was a bit confused why he reacted that way just by looking at me, but I just shrugged it off.
"EonJin please, I told you already-" She then cuts him off, waving her hand in the air, "I know, I know, the destined couple thing," she groaned out and pouted, crossing her arms. Hearing him shush her after what she said that. My face twisted in confusion, destined couple? Wait does that mean Taehyung has a tattoo mark... like me? My eyes widen in shock, hearing her let out a sigh and mumbling a sorry, she glanced between us. "So, you two have fun on your little date annnnd I'm going to talk to that cute girl at the desk," she stated and head towards the desk, starting a conversation with Amber. I smiled, thinking how they definitely will make a cute couple, but then I remembered she said the word 'date'. Is my face a tomato right now? Because it is suddenly hot in this building now.
I hear sigh from behind me, "You ready to go Hoseok?" I turn around, my eyes locking with his. I let out a weird squeak and nod my head saying a soft yes. He showed off his box smile, that always made my chest tighten and feel warm.

We walked side by side on the sidewalk, in a comfortable silence. I felt our hands touch slightly, but I quickly pulled away, playing with the sleeve of my blouse. Feeling my face is still very warm.

Third pov:
Taehyung felt their hands slightly touch, both of them pulling away, ending up in an awkward silence.
The alpha glanced at the omega next to him, seeing the blush still remained across his face. Taehyung began stare at the omega in awe, loving how the traffic lights, passing cars, and city lights hit his profile so wonderfully.
He realized that they made it to the café, so he held the door open for the omega. Both stood in line patiently to order their beverage.
Once they made in front of the counter, Taehyung ordered a medium, hot, caramel macchiato, and gestured towards Hoseok, asking him what he wanted. The omega shook his head and protested, "oh no it's ok I'll pay for mine, but thank you Tae."
Taehyung grinned, "It's ok, just think of it as a thank you present, for helping me with everything for the party," Hoseok sighed, slightly pouting and simply said he would like the same thing.
"That will be twelve-fifty please." Taehyung handed his credit card to the young lady, watching how she quickly swiped it. Asking him sign the receipt, he signed it and made sure to leave good tip.

Later, after getting their coffee, they ended up going to the park across the street and sat on a cold, wooden bench. They watched all the kids scream and play on the big wooden play set. "Have you ever thought about having kids Tae?" Hoseok suddenly asked out of the blue, making the alpha choke on his own saliva. Thankful for not drinking his coffee at the moment. He wasn't expecting such a question, he glanced around at the group of kids on the play set. Then glanced over at the omega, who was glancing at his coffee with an unreadable expression.
Hoseok felt that he shouldn't have asked such a question, it probably made the alpha think of him as a crazy omega now.
Taehyung cleared his throat, "Actually, yes I have... I'm just waiting for the right omega." Hoseok nod, his eyes still fixed down, as he took a sip from his coffee. Taehyung sighed, still curious to know what actually happened in the hospital that day. Ever sense that happened, Hoseok hasn't really been the same. He didn't like seeing Hoseok in this state, more jumpy, hesitant, shy, and less talkative, he wants the omega to know that he can trust him. Taehyung gazed down at his coffee, swirling the liquid around in the cup.
"Hoseok... if you don't mind me asking... u-um where do you have your heats?" Taehyung asked out of panic, as face turned slightly pink, but the cold fall weather helped hide it. Where as the omega blushed many shades of red, hoping the alpha didn't see his face. But the alpha did, grinning slightly and thinking the omega was really cute when embarrassed.
"I-I um... go to a little cabin... in the woods. I've been going there for the past two and a half years... w-why do you ask?" Hoseok glanced up at the alpha, thinking that he would be called names by the alpha and made fun of, laughed at. But chose to wait for the alpha to answer. Taehyung shrugged, "As long as you're safe, that's all that matters to me, just know you can call if you ever need help," He paused, seeing Hoseok's face and ears turn beet red. Taehyung's eyes went wide, "n-no... I-I didn't mean it like that! I just- I want you safe! I mean like if you are in trouble or something!" He started rambling, hopping he didn't scare the omega. Hoseok then broke out in laughter, his heart shape smile, making his eyes squint and close.
Taehyung sighed in relief, taking a sip from his coffee to relieve his nerves, his beating heart and embarrassment. He gazed back at the omega, seeing how the fall sunlight danced on his skin perfectly, similar to the city lights. His side profile was definitely work of art, so was his body- Taehyung Shook his thoughts away quickly, but the omega was beautiful in his eyes no matter what and that is the truth. Taehyung smiled fondly, listened and watch as the omegas laughter died down.
"Oh, thank you, by the way... for um helping me at the hospital that day... I want to tel you now before I forget, or when we get busy with work again." Hoseok mumble out, reminding Taehyung's curiosity, wanting to know the omegas full story. "Of course, but um, Hoseok... do you mind telling what those alphas did to you?"
Hoseok took a sip from his coffee, finishing the remaining liquid. Contemplating in his head if he should tell the head alpha or not. He did help him... saved him technically... he let out a shaky breath. Playing with the empty coffee cup, "The nurse, she wouldn't let me up, stating she didn't see a mark on my neck from you, so that meant I wasn't really important. They mentioned about me disappointing my pack and running away from my problems... the alphas... said that my parents should of just sold my body instead... they were going to rape me... yet I hate to say that I am so used to hearing those type of words because I hear them all the time... getting threatened... barely two months ago, my heat came early and an alpha broke into my apartment and nearly raped me... but I was lucky that Jimin was in the bathroom and was able to call the police, along with his mate..."
Hoseok was afraid that Taehyung would think of him as weak, or even a slut, for letting an alpha get to him so easily. His head dropped in his hands, waiting for the alpha to get up and leave or something.
