The Kennedys kissed their children goodbye. They would be flying to New York while the children went back to the White House. "Have fun mummy" John smiled, hugging his dearest mother. "We will John" Jack assured his little boy. Caroline kissed her parents before they waved goodbye. The First Couple boarded Marine One and sat down.
"Water-skiing was fun the other day" Jackie sighed, joining her husband on the sofa. Jack nodded. "And baby Kennedy pulled through fine" Jackie rubbed her stomach. Jack smiled. "That's good". The First Couple buckled up for the five minute flight to Otis Air Force Base.
There they'd board Air Force One and fly to Idlewild Airport.
