Chapter 12- Highschool Week

Another week of fun for all students of the school has arrived but the activity is more on academic activity but the one reason students love HighSchool Week is that some students would go out and play League Of Legends and other games but I? I was a bit more focused on Jewel.

I was with Kate and we were trying to find Jewel around the campus.

"Hey Kate where do you think Jewel is?"

"Im not sure really Mike, let me text her."

"Could go you with me on buying some food in the canteen?"

"Cant really, I need to go see King up the Auditorium."

"Oh, okay."

As she went up to the auditorium I bought some chips in the canteen when I saw Jewel.

"Hey Jewel!"

"Oh hey Mike, its been a week since we hung out together with Isabel." As she hugged me again.

"Im starting to like your warm hugs again Jewel." As I hugged tighter.

"Great! Cmon lets go upstairs."

We were going upstairs when her classmates saw her with me and they laughed at us, making Jewel avoid me and left in an instant.

"Jewel, where are you going?"

"Sorry Mike, I cant be with you for now, our classmates are making fun of us again. I promise Ill be with you later." She explained

"Oh okay then, text me when you can okay?"

"Okay, see ya!"

And that feeling came back again, I was left alone but this time I came prepared.

To: Isabel

"Hey Isabel where are you? :)" 9:24

From: Isabel

"Im downstairs" 9:26

To: Isabel

"Wait for me, Ill fetch you, you might be alone there."

From: Isabel

"Ok I will :)" 9:27

As I quickly ran down the stairs I saw Isabel and she caught my eye in an instant. Her beautiful smile, her eyes shining, her long hair it gave me the feeling I felt for Jewe..-

"Hi Isabel."

"Oh hey Mike, thanks for fetching me."

"Uhmm, you look great, and by great I mean beautiful." I told her.

"Ohh? Thanks." She replied.

As we went upstairs Kate ran up to me to tell me she wants to take a picture of me and Jewel but I had to decide. Who do I want to be? Jewel or Isabel? But Isabel has...you know.. So I decided to go with Kate.

"Ill be right back Isabel, Im sorry."

"Its okay Mike, take your time."

We went outside the auditorium and we took a picture of each other, both of us looked great, she was smiling, I was smiling both of us were smiling.

"Thanks for the picture Jewel."

"No problem Mike, I go to go inside by the way Ill text you if we can hang out ok?"

"Ok."

Later that night I changed my profile picture in Facebook of me and Jewel together. And a lot of people liked it to be honest.

Some of my friends teased me in the comments of the picture too but that didn't matter. But I came to wonder why didn't Jewel text me to hang out a while ago?

I know Jewel will always find a way to be with me but this time, I know there is another problem.
