Side Story 2- Why I Liked Jewel.

We were grade 4 when everything started, I was still a kid back then but had a mind of a 15 year old, I knew how to get the "ladies" but I didn't really take it seriously.

"Ok class we have a new classmate, her name is Jewel, she will introduce herself to you, I hope all of you will be nice to her." The teacher announced.

"Hello everyone, my name is Jewel Angeles, Im 10 years old, I came to HSCI University because I want to learn Chinese." As she introduced herself.

"Okay everyone, that was Jewel, be nice to her, I hope you guys will be friends with her."

"Okay." Everyone answered.

"Hey Kris, check out the new girl, doesn't she look pretty?" I asked.

"You call that pretty?! I call that a weird girl." Kris replied.

"Yeah, I guess you're right, I think Im starting to like her too you know."

"What?! She just introduced herself for not more than 5 minutes yet and you're starting to like her? What if shes a freakin physco, or a Hannibal, or even worse, shes here to assassinate you." Kris explained.

"You're just over-acting Kris, get used to it, just because you play LOL doesn't mean you don't trust the enemy team, thinking that their names sound noobish but they play like pros and all." I argued.

"Fine, try talking to her, lets see what she does."

"Okay, I will."

I switched my seats beside her and said,

"Hi." I waved.

She quickly took out something from her bag when suddenly,

"Look, Kris! Duck!" Kris shouted as he dog piles me on the floor.

"What are you doing Kris? Trying to get me killed by jumping down my back?"

"Im trying to save you Mike, didn't you see? She tried to take something from her bag, maybe it was a knife or even a gun so I ran down to save you as quickly as I could." Kris explained.

"Dude, chill, shes just new."

As we were arguing down Jewels table she giggled.

"You two are funny, especially.." As she pointed me.

"Mike, my name is Mike Carter, glad to see you, I hope we can become close friends." As I introduced myself.

"How about we start now?"

"Sure, why not?"

"Dude, she might be leading you to a trap, don't trust her." Kris whispered.

"Here, go buy yourself some Garena Shells, this might calm you down." As I handed some money.

"That guy was weird, he kept on looking at me when I was introducing myself, what did he think of me? A physcho, a hannibal, or even worse, an assassin?!" Jewel asked.

Those words, did she hear Kris say that to me, or was it just a coincidence, what if she really was an assassin?

"Im just kidding, I overheard you two talking about me, I even heard that you kinda, liked me." Jewel stated.

"Oh I was only kidding." I explained.

"Oh I see, I like your hair by the way." She answered.

"Uhh, yeah, I like, uhmm, I like your eyes too, they shine whenever it I look at them."

*RIIIING!!"

"Thanks, I better go, my mom is texting me to get my snacks downstairs, see you after recess."

"Ok see ya."

But after that day months have passed and she already found new friends, sadly, popular friends, she didn't talk to me that often anymore but I admit, even though she doesn't talk to me that much anymore, I started to miss her, and mostly, I kinda liked her much more everyday.

She only noticed me when it was Valentines Day, we were told to make a love letter to someone you liked, so I guess you know who Im going to give the letter to, Jewel, I wrote a loong message on that letter and it was enough to make Jewel talk to me,

"This was sweet Mike, I like how you wrote these sentences in a cute way."

She kisses the letter and hands it to me, my mind was consistently tearing up inch by inch, knowing, a kiss, a freaking kiss in the letter, Im never losing this, never!

The next year has passed and we were grade 5, we didn't talk that much, but we were still buddies, and I still liked her, I never lost my love for Jewel, and I never will.

-Hey guys I hope you still like my story, sadly Im not updating it till sometime, maybe on Monday, but I promise, because of that Ill add 2 chapters or, if I could at least get 500 reads before Monday, Ill add a bonus Side Story if what would've happened if I didn't meet Jewel. :D
