Chapter 6- I Never Forgot About You

"Who is this actually?"

"Its me Jewel, Im sorry, I know I made you endure so much pain all because of that, please Im really sorry, I was wrong about what happened that day, please deep in your heart could you forgive me?"

JEWEL?!

To: 0946*******

"I never forgot about you Jewel, you were right about me enduring so much pain but that didn't really matter because I know that news was not real and just made up by Aus-I mean made up by people around. And yes I forgive you Jewel."

That moment I felt relieved of what happened our connection somehow reconnected and felt brand new.

"Could we start over then? From the beginning? Come to the park lets hang out"

To: 0946*******

"Sure Jewel."

I raced like a jet going to the park, as if I were to win a race and then I saw her walking by the street until,

"Jewel watch out!"

*beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep*

"Ahhhhh!"

"Shit! Jewel,Im coming!"

Jewel was hit by a truck crossing the road and was knocked out cold, I quickly brought her to the closest possible hospital in the city. She was in the Emergency Room for an hour unconscious but the doctor said she'll be fine as long as she gets enough rest, some medicines and all those stuff. Her parents arrived after a few minutes in the hospital.

"Jewel!! My Jewel! Is Jewel alright, Mike?"

"Yeah shes going to be fine"

"Thank you so much for saving our little angel Mike, We wouldn't know what to do if it wasn't for you, please stay for a while."

"Im sorry, but I cant stay long I have to attend something important I better go now, by-"

"Do-don't go, Mike!"

Jewel?

"Jewel! You're awake!" As I hurriedly came to her.

"Thank you again Mike for saving me!!" As Jewel sobbed

Jewel slowly reaches for my hand, and place it over her heart

"Can you feel that? That still beats because of you Mike." She responds

"Yeah, it sure does, let get you some water while were at it?"

"Thanks, Mike" she said with a smile.

A week passed by real quick and Jewel got out of the hospital. Finally!

We were walking when she asked me

"What if I didn't survive Mike? What could've happened to me if I passed away?"

"Id fill up 20 swimming pools crying if that would happen." I jokingly answered.

"Im being serious Mike. Tell me the truth."

"Id be left alone again, just like the time about that false news that spread around the school, Id cry myself to sleep again knowing you're not here anymore and I wouldn't know what to do with myself Id be guilty for the longest time or so, i dont really know!!" As i place my face in my hands

"Thats enough Mike, I now know how much you care about me, after all, I guess you really are my prince."

She then hugs me as tight as she can, while saying to my ears,

"I must be the luckiest girl in the world, because a prince like you, saves me once again, and he never forgot about me despite how much pain I gave him."

I pulled away, looked into her eyes and said,

"And I must be the luckiest guy in the world too. No matter what happens Ill always be here for you, princess, don't you worry."

2 days later and everything came back to normal. Jewel and I became friends again but something, or should I say, someone caught Jewel's eyes again.
