Night # 256 The Scary Story Part 8

I turned on my television set to try and tune the voice out when I noticed an alert. Apparently, the man had been found on the road near the diner. He had been run over and the authorities were looking for who had done it. I had a feeling about it but I knew they would never believe me.

I don't know how but I managed to fall asleep that night. I was dreaming about driving back from my parents' house when I found a young man on the road. He appeared to be dead but when I touched him to feel for a pulse he suddenly grabbed my arm. I tried to come out of the dream but I could not. I went to call for help when a pair of lights appeared out of nowhere. I tried to get out of the road but they seemed to come at lightning speed. 

I saw the man from the diner and his face became clear as I did for the first time. He looked exactly like me. I felt the breeze from the speeding vehicle as I heard the words, "You ran over me, didn't you?" I could not seem to remember parts of my trip to see my parents but something told me that I had hit him and he was now getting his revenge.
