"Nadia!" Pansy called, fastening her pace to keep up with the girl.
"Pansy, how are you?"
"I'm fine. Great actually. You see, I haven't visited the bathroom in almost a month." Nadia halted immediately, grabbing the girl and squeezing her.
"I am so proud of you."
Pansy smiled. "It was hard at first but, thanks to you, doing that hasn't even crossed my mind."
"That is so great to hear, Pansy. And please, if it does ever cross your mind again, come to me. I'll help as best I can."
Pansy hugged her again. "Thank you, Nadia."
"Of course." She said, hugging back tighter. "Now I hate to say this but I was just on my way to meet someone."
"It's okay. Go, go."
"Bye, Pansy. And remember, you're bloody beautiful!" Nadia called, carrying on her way.

She stumbled upon the trio but sensing tension between the three, she frowned. "Bad time?"
Hermione shook her head with a strained smile. "Of course not, just a tough night. Let's get to Hagrid's."
The four found Hagrid knee-deep in the Black Lake, skipping stones solemnly. He turned upon hearing their footsteps, just enough for them to notice his puffy eyes. "How did it go, Hagrid?" Hermione asked softly.
"Buckbeak liked London." He answered, a slight strain in his usual gruff voice.
"I meant the hearing."
"Oh, that. Well, I got up an' said my bit-- you know, how Buckbeak is a good Hippogriff an' as long as yer treat 'im with respect, he'd treat yer the same." Hagrid sighed. "Then Lucius Malfoy got up an' said how Buckbeak is a deadly beast who would kill anyone that'd cross his path..."
"And?" Ron urged. "They didn't sack you, did they?"
"Oh no, I'm not sacked. He asked for the worst, yer see, Lucius Malfoy."
"Hagrid, what do you mean?" Nadia asked, her heart plummeting.
"Buckbeak's bin sentenced ter death!"

Perched on the window sill, chin resting atop her knees, Nadia gazed over Hogwarts' grounds, absent-mindedly twirling her father's ring with her fingers. Sam stirred, rolling over and spotting the peaceful girl. "Nadia, you okay?"
"Can't sleep." She shrugged, sighing.
Sam frowned, patting the bed next to her. "Come here. C'mon." Nadia shook her head with a smile, hopping off the ledge and into the bed, resting on Sam's shoulder. "Bad dream?"
She chuckled humorlessly, "A common occurrence recently."
"Oh, sweetie," Sam tutted. "Do you know what used to help me when I had a bad dream?" Nadia shook her head. "A nice, old cuddle with Mr Bear."
Nadia giggled, "Mr Bear? Very original."
"I was three and had no imagination," Sam defended, laughing.
"But Sam, as great as that sounds, I don't have a Mr Bear."
"I will be your Mr Bear." Sam stated. "So come on, get all snuggled because you, Nadia, my wonderful best friend, are going to have the best sleep ever tonight, the word 'tired' won't even cross your mind."
Nadia smile brightly, "Thank you, Sam."
"Anytime." She smiled back. "Now sleep, you're up late enough as it is."
"Alright, mum." She joked, poking her side.
"I'll take that as a compliment."

An extremely short one, I can only apologise. Inspiration is a tad low but I'm trying my best to make this enjoyable <3
