Ron was sprawled out on the chair, Nadia's head resting against his shoulder whilst Harry sat opposite, scanning through the Half-Blood Prince's book.

"Unbreakable Vow. You're sure that's what he said?" Ron asked, deep in thought.

"Positive. Why?" Harry answered bluntly, closing the Potions book and putting it beside him.

"It's just...you can't break an Unbreakable Vow."

"Pretty much figured that one out for myself, funnily enough." Harry smiled humourlessly.

Ron sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "No, you don't understand-- oh, bloody hell."

Lavender had appeared outside the carriage door and breathed over the glass, creating a patch of condensation.

Nadia scrunched her nose as she started drawing a heart in the patch, whilst Harry busied himself with the seat's 'secret' compartment.

Lavender added all sorts to her heart, including the letters R + L. She breathed over the drawing again and blew a kiss to Ron. Nadia, however, didn't miss the glare thrown her way, probably at the position which she and Ron were in. She only winked in return.

"Lovely." Nadia said with sarcasm.

"All she wants to do is snog me." Ron said desperately, accidentally knocking Nadia's head off his shoulder as he leant towards Harry. "My lips are getting chapped, look!"

Harry pushed back into the seat. "I'll take your word for it."

Just then, Hermione strode to the door. Her eyes darted from Lavender's handiwork, to Harry, to Nadia, and then, to Ron. A frown graced her face as she continued on, not uttering a word to the trio.

Ron shook his head and sighed, leaning back onto the seat. Nadia repositioned her head on his shoulder.

"So what exactly happens if you break an Unbreakable Vow?" Harry questioned after a beat.

"Well, you die." Nadia said grimly.

The Burrow glowed with light and holiday music was heard faintly, wondering about the house.

Harry sat in deep conversation with Lupin, Tonks and Arthur Weasley. Ron and Nadia sat by silently. Lupin looked haggard.

"Draco's plotting something, I know it, something to do with Voldemort. He's been given a task-- a mission and Snape was offering to help." Harry explained.

Lupin processed the information tiredly. "Voldemort had chosen Draco Malfoy for a mission?"

Nadia wanted to protest but thought best to keep quiet.

"I know it sounds mad--" Harry started but Lupin cut him off.

"Has it occurred to you, Harry, that Snape was simply pretending to offer his help to Draco so that he could find out what he's up to?"

"That's not what it sounded like." Harry shrugged.

"Perhaps Harry's right, Remus. To make the Unbreakable Vow, after all..." Tonks trailed off whilst Lupin continued.

"It comes down to whether or not you trust Dumbledore's judgement. He trusts Snape. Therefore, I do."

"But Dumbledore can make mistakes. He's said it himself--"
