The next day, Logan wanted to go to the theme park, Rainbow's end or something like that. I refused to do so.

"The rangers will be there."

"In case of another attack, we better stay here." I said. "Or we can do father and daughter bonding."

"Fine. Get dressed Ash. Today's going to be a long day... What's your cover name again?"

"Stella Martinez."

"Logan Martinez." He replied, looking straight into my eyes.

"Its settled. I'll be down in a few, dad."

He chuckled when I said that.

"Okay, Stella." We both looked at each other and burst out laughing. I smiled and ran upstairs. Today was going to be the best day ever.

We did plenty of things at the theme park. We rode on the rollercoaster, played in the arcade, ate cotton candy like normal fathers and daughters, all the while following the rangers. The red one wasn't there, but the others were. Kevin didn't see me.

Unknown to our knowledge, Mystique was following us. She attacked at the best moment possible... Right when we were leaving. Luckily no one saw us, so Logan pulled out his claws and stabbed Mystique really hard. We ran back to the car. Very suspiciously too. As we ran, we heard screams.

"Dad we have to go back!" I yelled. He let out a gruff sigh and started running in the direction that we came from.

"Stell, we need to get to a safe place!" He yelled back.

"Oh bloody hell, its been two weeks already! I can use them, the Prof can't hold me back!" I replied and morphed quickly. I started running faster.

"You go. I'll watch." Logan said, and his carefully.

"HEY!!" I yelled. Luckily I had a voice modifier so the rangers couldn't tell who I was.

"What do we have here? A mortal?" The nighlok said in disgust.

"More than that." I said. "Mutant." I did a round house kick into his face.

"HEY!" The blue ranger yelled. He sounded like Kevin. "Let us deal with him! You'll get hurt!"

"Your weapons are powerless. And without them, you are powerless. Leave Dreadlocks here to me." I snapped my fingers and the nighlok was on fire.

"I'm drying up. See you and your pesky friends later!" Dreadlocks said, then vanished. The fire went out.

I stared at the rangers, who were still lying down on the ground, unable to stand.

"Whether you like it or not, you're going to see plenty of me." I said, then ran off. Logan joined me, and we drove away.

The next day we heard explosions from Rainbow's end so we stayed home. I ordered all of my clothes online. Logan didn't think I would want to go out and see all of the destruction.

The day after that we returned to Rainbow's End for a make up day, since we had a bad experience the last time we had came.

I saw Kevin and his friends, and without a doubt, I knew they were the power rangers. "Hey Stella! You want to hangout with us?" Kevin asked.

I took a look at Logan's face, and he smiled and nodded off to them. "Soon they're going to be your team. Its best to bond with them now... While your identity keeps a secret for not much longer." He grunted. "Go. I'll be in the arcade. Be good, ash."

I hugged him. "Thanks dad! I'll see you soon!" I waved, then ran to my newfound friends.

"Hey, you made it." Kevin said, and gave me a side hug.

"Um... Hi everyone. I'm Stella." I waved a little.

"Jayden." The guy in red said. Jayden. I thought. It seemed to roll off his tongue. I was sucked back into reality.

"Nice to meet you, Jay." I said. "Force of habit. I'm used to making up nicknames." I shook his hand. Now, this may sound cliché, but I swear we both felt sparks.

"Nice to meet you, Stell." He grinned.

"I'm mike." The guy in green said.

"Hey, I'm Emily." The blonde in yellow said.

"Hello, I'm Mia. Kev talks about you a lot." The girl in pink blushed.

"Not true!" Kevin said.

Mia giggled. "Well come on, what are we waiting for? Let's go on the rollercoaster!" Emily said, and we all followed her.

After riding the coaster, Kevin and Jayden got us cotton candy. Two jumbo sized bags. I couldn't help but smile at the thought that I was becoming a teenager and being normal.

But I suppose some of us have never had that experience. I felt lucky enough to be here. And maybe, just maybe, a twist of fate would mend the broken heart Pyro left.
