[LET'S GET AWAY]

MARIANNE'S POV

He knot that thread on my finger and now I'm his girlfriend... real girlfriend.

I never thought it would feel that way. Akala ko sa mga movies lang nagkakatotoo ang mga panaginip na tulad nito at sa mga lousy love stories lang nagkakaroon ng mga romantic moments.

It's almost midnight. Ayaw kong matapos ang gabi na ito. Kung pwede ko lang sanang pigilan ang pagtakbo ng oras. I wanna live like this with Samuel, forever. 

Bakit ganun, kapag umiibig ka kahit alam mong mali at masasaktan ka lang din naman sa huli hindi mo pa din makakayang kalimutan ang nararamdaman mo? Ayaw ko pang harapin ang katotohanan... ang katotohanan na matatapos din ang kasiyahan ko, dahil hindi ito totoo... Hindi ako naging totoo, kahit na mahal ko pa siya kailangan kong gumising sa panaginip ko.

"Sam..."

I looked at him and he stopped laughing. He just looked at me. Sasabihin ko na ba sa kanya ang totoo? Pero masaya siya ngayon. I could not hurt him just like that. 

He looked at me. His eyes asking if there's something I wanna say. 

I tried, but I was too afraid to let him know the truth. I held his face and kissed him.

SAMUEL'S POV

I couldn't believe that I now have my real girlfriend. And this time, I know, my feelings are real.

We really enjoyed our date. Time did run so fast and later did we realize that it was almost midnight.

'It's almost midnight. Uwi na tayo?'

I asked her as I put my coat on her, mukhang nilalamig na kasi talaga siya.

'Hmmm... bakit, inaantok ka na ba?'

She looked at me with those puppy eyes.

'Basta kasama kita kaya kong labanan ang antok.'

She pinched my nose. Ang kulit talaga.

'Hmmm. Babanat ka pa eh. hahah! Eh di, wag tayong matulog!'

Nilapit ko ang mukha ko sa mukha niya.

'And what do you want to do?'

'Takasan ang oras?!'

Baliw talaga siya. She thinks differently, and I do like it.

'At saan naman tayo pupunta?'

She made me look at the left said of the resto and I saw my car parking outside. Nagulat ako.

'Are you serious? you wanna do it in my truck?'

She laughed. She then held my hand. We ran outside and hopped inside the truck. She's been driving me crazy.
