[Chapter 3]

We all stare at Colby waiting for an answer
"Well?" I ask again

"Ok so Layla, we are all werewolves, we became this way 2 years ago when we were all scratched by, how do I say this? Other werewolves. We've learned to control our powers and use them. We don't eat people, only animals, and we feed once or twice a week. You now have these powers so we will have to teach you to use them." He say before looking to his friend "and guys. I scared her and she fell off a cliff into the water, so I ran down here and pulled her out. She wasn't breathing and I couldn't just let her die, so I turned her. Im really sorry if ya'll don't agree with my decision but it had to have been done. Pls don't hate me guys?"

They all look at each other before the blonde spoke up
"We could never hate you. Your our friend, and my best friend" he says smiling, along with the others.

"Layla?" Colby questions.

I think for a second. I'm a werewolf... I'm a werewolf??? I'm. A. Werewolf!
Can this effect my career? I guess not, since I will learn to control it. But still, I don't want this to ruin anything. Well, can't get rid of it now so I guess I better embrace it

"I don't hate you, You saved my life, how could I? And one question?" I ask
He nods
"Who are they?" I whisper, smiling a lil
He chuckles "that's sam, Corey, Jake, Kat, Tara, and Devyn" he says
I smile and wave to them "as y'all heard from Tara?" She nods "over there, I'm Layla Moray, and I'm a singer" I introduce myself
They all smile "hi"

"Ok soooo.... wait?! What time is it!?" I ask
"Ummmm 12:45" Jake says looking at his phone
"SHIIII—— oot!" I catch myself. I've never been a curser "I gotta go!" I say looking around
"How do I access the main road?" I ask
"Here we'll show you" Kat says in a kind voice
They all close their eyes and whisper something, soon morphing back into wolves

I give a confused look before turning to Colby who has a goofy smile in his face
"How do I—?" I question
He laugh "close your eyes and whisper something that makes you happy" he says
He soon Closes his eyes and whispers "my friends" he smiles and morphed Into the black wolf he was before. His blue eye's glowing in the dark, and his fur radiating with a shimmer of a a navyish blue.
"Ok" I mumble
I close my eyes and think ...
Ok
"Peace" I whisper
I feel things happening around me but I'm to scared to open my eyes.
As I feel the movement around me stop I peek my eyes open
Im. A. Wolf.
This is trippy.

I seem to have a purple glow, with dark purple star like particles surrounding me, on my light brown fur
I look a my tail and wiggle it around. Laughing in my mind

I look back at Colby and see he has a smile on his face, or at least I think it's a smile?
I can't tell
"AWWWWOOOOOOOOOOoooo" He howls in excitement
"AWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOooooooooo" the others join in

Should I? It would be weird if I didn't.

"AWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooo" I howl loudly. Actually, it was louder than the others, even Colby's. which surprised me

We all stop and they take off, Colby still behind me.
He gestures for me to follow, then he takes off running

Ok I guess I'm following

I take off running. The feeling is like nothing i've ever felt.
It's almost like flying, like I'm gliding through the tree's gracefully.
And I'm going fast! It's so fun!

I looks round and notice the stars above me. They seem to be glowing more bright than before. But they were beautiful

I run towards Kat, Dev, and Tara.

Kat was a grey wolf with an aqua tint, and black particles surrounding her, She was absolutely beautiful. Tara was also a brown wolf, but with a pink glow, and snow like particles surrounding her.
Dev, was a brown wolf, similar to Corey's color, with a yellow glow, and white sparkles.

They all seem to of had a color, maybe they all meant something? They did mention they had powers, so maybe that has something to do with it.

we finally made it to the road... how do I turn back?

They all turn back and look down at me.
I stare in confusion, as do they

"OH!" Colby speaks up "you need to stomp your foot hard and think of something you dislike, to turn back" he says simple

Ok?

I stomp my foot and whisper "chaos" before morphing back into my normal human state

I wabble around before falling over on my bottom

"Ow" I mumble

They all laugh "yeah that's normal for the first couple times" Tara says grabbing my hand and helping me up
I laugh "yeah"

I see my bike a few steps away

"Hey.. how about I get ya'lls numbers and we can talk later" I offer
They all smile and nod. But Colby has and even bigger smile than all of them
"Ok!" He says as I hand him the phone
They all put their contacts in

Corey🐾
Jake💥

Kat💙
Dev💫

And I gave them mine

Layla🎵

"Ok well we better be going" Sam says

"It was really nice meeting y'all. Tho y'all did turn me into a werewolf, it's cool" I laugh, Along with them
"Yeah. You seem cool" corey says
"Of coarse your cool! I cant wait to see what your power is!" Jake yells excitingly
"Power?" I ask confused

They all nod "we'll explain it next time we talk" Sam says

I smile and nod "ok well. I gotta go. Again, nice meeting y'all! And byeeeeee" I say getting on my bike and heading off

•Got chase by a wolf(aka Colby)
•Fell into a lake and almost died

Aaaand that's it. Not that eventful...{note the sarcasm}
