Roman stared at his bleeding fingers and held back the scream. He was losing Virgil. That was clearer than anything from what happened last night. Virgil was scared and hurt and Roman wasn't helping at all. What was he supposed to do?

'You could tell the truth?' Roman cringed as he looked into the broken and slightly bloody mirror to find Him staring back at him. He had a sick smirk on his face as his red eyes glowed brightly against his sickly paled skin. His physical appearance wasn't that different from Roman but even still... this wasn't his reflection. 'What exactly is he going to do, huh? Leave you for saving him?'

"Shut up." He just laughed as Roman turned the facet on to clean his hand.

'Or is it because you don't want him to feel guilty. It is his fault. After all you wouldn't be suffering like this if Virgil had more self control.'

"You know better than I do that it wasn't Virgil's fault." The Prince scrubbed his hand trying to get the blood off his fingers ignoring the burning in his hands as he did.

'Well, I guess you're right about that. He didn't ask to get cursed by Lydia. And I didn't exactly help him... We should go have some fun... I'm bored.'

"And I said shut up." Roman growled as his gaze flicked up towards the mirror to see Him flipping him off.

'You're weak. You know that right. Even without control Virgil was far stronger than you. You couldn't even be successful with you own druid power. VIRGIL HAD TO HELP!' Roman slammed his hands down on the sink wincing at the ache in his hands at the result. 'You know it's true. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here. Would I?'

"Shut up." Roman left the room ignoring the laughter as he made his way out. He didn't bother telling Logan. He didn't say goodbye to Virgil, who he thought was still asleep in the room. His mind wouldn't shut up and he needed to let out some pent up emotions. Who better to do that then with... "RISE AND SHINE, DECEIT!" Roman burst into the room ignoring the groan from the man chained up. "I got some fucking questions."

"Don't you always?" Roman smiled deviously as Deceit slowly started to sit up. They never did move the bed back. "What is it no..." The snake froze up as he looked up to see the rage in Roman's purple eyes. Something happened... "Ro..."

"What the fuck did you do to him?" Janus narrowed his eyes in confusion only angrying Roman more who grabbed the snake by the collar and yanked him up to his feet as he growled. "WHAT. DID. YOU. DO. TO VIRGIL?"

"What? Do you seriously not know?" Roman groaned as he punched the wall causing a spark of purple electricity branch out just barely reaching Janus who flinched badly. "I LOCKED HIM UP!" Roman narrowed his eyes as the snakes breath started to get shaky. "I-I but him th-through t-torture... W-Why d-does it matter? I hurt him."

"So why the fuck..." Janus shrunk under the deep growl that Roman's voice pushed out with every syllable. "...would he compare me to you?"

"Wait, what?" Roman shoved him back causing Janus to smack his head against the cement walls as he laughed in anger.

"I have done EVERYTHING in my power to help him. I've have proven time and time again that I loved him and yet... he responds with 'he did too'." Janus shook as Roman glared down at him like he was some sort of pray. He didn't like it. He's gotten that look far to many times for him to ever get over it. "I am NOTHING like you, yet he's so scared."

"S-So a-am I." Janus whispered out but unfortunately Roman caught it. Next thing he knew was against the wall as the purple bubble slowly closed in on him.

"You don't have a right to say anything Deceit. After what you did you're lucky I have enough self control to keep myself from killing you." Janus couldn't hold back the laugh.
