"Virgil..." Roman practically collapsed into the table startling Remus who jumped up to help their brother. Roman's breathing was erratic and whispy making Remus worried.

"Roman?"

"It's... It's Virgil." Roman attempted to move but only ended up slipping, thankfully Remus caught him. Remus sat Roman down on the chair moving it so that they could examine their brother. Roman was not doing well. His chest burned. Fear and pain tore through him in waves as tears started to fall from his eyes. Tears he knew Virgil was the one crying. "So...S-Something's wrong. Virgil is..." Roman groaned as his hand went to his chest. It felt like his heart was breaking. "Virgil's upset."

"We don't understand..." Remus's tensed sensing the pain Roman was in. "Should we get Lo..."

"Don't leave me." Roman's voice shook as his tears spilled endlessly onto his pants. "Please. Please don't..." Roman fumbled for his sibling's hand as he stared down lost to the pain. "Don't..." Roman cried as he squeezed Remus's hand.

"What do you need us to do?" Roman laughed a bit as he shook his head.

"I'm making it worse." Roman sucked in a breath as he tried to sit up but the pain only made him curl into himself. "Virgil's hurting because I am... and now he's upset... So I'm hurting. I'm just making it worse. It's like a loop of pain."

"Is that how dragon bonds usually are?" Roman nodded before groaning and shaking his head.

"Ours is stronger... Because we're druids." Remus's eyes widened as Roman's voice shook. "We were bonded in a past life so ours is twice as strong. Plus... we're getting married so... our love for each other made it even more stronger." Roman gripped Remus's hand so tight the demon actually felt a small bit of pain as Roman smiled through his own. "If Virgil keeps feeling my pain, his will only worse."

"What do you usually do..." Roman's eyes dazed making Remus tense up.

"We usually just hold each other through it... calming each other down. When ones having an episode the other helps them through it but he's not here. He's... He's not... He's not..." Remus sighed as they brushed Roman's hair back again with a beaming grin.

"You are so going to owe us  for this, Roman." Roman weakly narrowed his eyes only for them to widen seeing Remus's change color. The sclera went black making the green irises pop as they glowed. Remus took a deep breath letting it out as a green glittery haze. Roman's eyes began to go green as Remus held him tight to keep him from falling over. "Be careful bro, that shit messes with the head."

"Wha... What did you... what did you do?" Roman blinked as his body gave out on him. Remus quickly caught him as Roman giggled a bit. "What... Why do I feel so..."

"Higher then a balloon filled cocaine and helium?" Roman just shuddered a laugh as Remus smiled tensely. "Yeah, don't think too much about it. It's not really uh... Well, others don't use it for the same reason as we just did."

"The room is... spinning." Roman smiled as he shakily pushed Remus's hands away who only sighed as they moved to just keep him stable. "And it's like... glowing. Everythin' is ju' so fucking bright."

"R-Roman..." Remus bit their lip anxiously as they watched Roman stare at everything with awe-filled glassy eyes. "This... Virgil... does he feel everything you do?"

"Yep." Roman laughed as he nearly fell off the chair. "Oopsies... Virgie's gon' a be sooo mad." Roman laughed some more as Remus sighed.

"No... actually we think he's going to be a bit too happy." Remus smiled as they slowly helped their brother up so they could help him get to bed. "Hey Ro, why don't go gets some sleep huh?"

"B-Bu' why?" Roman scrunched his nose in confusion as Remus led him off. "Raaaay... no fuuun. I haven't felt this good in soooo loooong. I want to party! Don't make m' sleep..." Roman pouted as Remus laughed.

"Not this time Ro. You are not going to guilt-trip us into doing what you want. You need rest." Roman sighed as he put his full weight against the demon who wasn't fazed by it at all. "We will literally carry you."

"Do it." Roman laughed as he stopped moving draping himself against Remus with a slurred laugh. "I dare you."

"Roman, we're a demon. We literally could pick you up by the ankles with no issue." Roman giggled as he shook his head. Remus sighed they let Roman fall. Within moments he had Roman by the ankles dangling in the air as the poor drugged-out prince giggled as he yelled 'wee' "Maybe we did too much?" Remus threw their brother over their shoulders as they laughed. "Welp... He'll be pissed in the morning." Remus just kept laughing as they carried their brother to his room. "Shit... should have recorded this."

"Virgil? VIRGIL?!" Janus was freaking out. One minute they were talking and the next... "Virgil, can you hear me?" Virgil had doubled over in pain. Janus knew exactly what was wrong. He tried to help Virgil calm down but out of nowhere he just... "Virgil, you're scaring me."

"Is it just me or... is everything so... quiet?" Janus tensed as Virgil just smiled. "I mean... it's been quiet for a long time now but it still gets me." Virgil's eyes were clearly dazed and glossed over as he just laid there on the floor from where he had fallen and never gotten up. "It like really quiet."

"Virgil..." Virgil's eyes darted about the room as he laughed a bit.

"Usually the voices are yelling but... they haven't even whispered since you tricked me into snaping." Janus's face paled as Virgil just giggled. "You're such a silly serpent Jannie..."

"Virgil, I think something is wrong..."

"No? Why would anything be wrong?" Virgil beamed as he made grabby hands towards Janus. "Come... come, come."

"Virgil."

"Please, Jan?" Janus sighed as he shook his head, getting up to sit beside the loopy dragon.

"Whatever you're on..." Janus laughed as he laid back with a smile. "I want some."

"I'm not on an... any... anything." Virgil giggled as he rolled over pulling Janus in. "I'm just happy."

"Virgil, you are definitely under something." The snake frowned as he tried to pry the dragon off of him but Virgil's grip was strong and tight around his waist as he buried himself into Janus. "I'm not, Roman."

"I know that." Janus could feel Virgil shaking as he held on to him.

"You need Roman, Virgil." Virgil only sighed contently as he slowly drifted off to sleep.

"I know." Virgil mumbled as his grip slowly relaxed through the haze of sleep. "But... you need me... more."
