We're already at the last day of the conference.

Ang ginawa naman namin the past few days were so boring to explain it to you all. May mga debates na naganap on how to regenerate and innovate the medical skills and tools in the hospital, the ettiquette one must should have be if working on a prestigious medical center, the standard of being a doctor with knowledge and attitude as its basis. Mga ganung bagay. It may look like simple as it is but it isn't, lalo na't hindi lang to pambansa—this is like an international forum. Sobrang dami kong natutunan at napag-aralan. Dagdag sa stock knowledge at values ko na rin. This is why I love worldwide conferences, you can speak out your opinions and let it hear with everybody nang sa gayon ay maimprove niyo ang isa't isa globally and make the medical world a better place.

Yesterday was the said field demo nga. We went to London Bridge Hospital and we, the board, secretly observe how the delegates work in a medical center. May hidden camera na nasa hospital, little did they know na inoobserbahan na pala sila patago. Even if Piolo and I are close enough, hindi ko pa rin sinabi sa kanya ang mga nangyayari to be fair na rin with everybody. So far sa performance niya during the conference, ayos naman. Sana marami rin siyang natutunan katulad ko. The delegates are so lucky to have the board and high profile speakers to share their knowledge to everyone. Kagaya nga ng sabi ko kanina, it's like an international open forum with a certain topic that is pretty intellectual and informative that even highschoolers can relate into especially if they love to study Biology.

Right now, I am getting inside the hall. I'm all alone actually. Nauna na si Piolo na pumwesto doon sa mga upuan ng delegates. I saw him chit-chating with some white people and enjoy na enjoy naman ito kung titignan mo ang mukha niya. I bet he made some friends here already.

I, too, made so many acquaintances. Marami ang namangha sa kakayahan ko at sa talino ko sa pakikipag-salitaan sa kanilang lahat. When my mouth opens, the words just get out. Ganun lang yung sa tingin kong ginawa ko during the conference. They also made friends with me, exchanged contact numbers with them kahit na taga ibang bansa sila, and of course the wisest way, SNS.

"Welcome to the International Conference for Medical Centers Global's Closing Ceremony. May we acknowledge the presence of..." the emcee classily spoke. She then started mentioning names and all. Namention nga yung pangalan ko kaya tumayo naman ako at nag-wave sa lahat. "In a moment, we will start the said program. Please do stay on your respective seats." Seryosong usapan, yung tunog ng boses niya parang yung sa mga intercom sa mall. Hahahaha. Sarreh.

Nagsimula na yung invocation, national anthem ng London at ang welcome remarks. Syempre may mga delegates rin na nag internalize ng kani-kanilang experiences din during the said conference. Laking gulat ko na lang ay kasama pala si Piolo sa limang suwerteng magbabahagi ng kanyang karanasan. Hmmm, what would that guy say in front of prestigeous people? It was his turn already so I kept myself focused on him.

"So, uhm, hello. Good morning to all of us." he trailed off. "First of all, I wanted to thank the staffs and supervisors of this event on inviting us all here in this extraordinary conference. Thank you for your avid invitation. Of course, I wanted to thank the white people for your warm welcome and absolute hospitality. We never felt that we are left out in this country, we felt like home in this beautiful state of yours."

"One thing I learned in this conference is...to know where your stand is. You have to set boundaries for each and every actions you do considering the position you are in, even if it's president or a fellow or even an intern, you should always have your own limitations. But, but, always be ready to cross those. Life can bring us into unexpected situations and test us if we really are obeying our own rules, making us tempted to break our boundaries. But if someone really needs a saving and not in your own disposition or profession but the intention is clear enough, well, don't think twice and help the one in need."
