CHAPTER 31 The News

Shoto's POV

I wake up in a hospital bed. I look at my hands and see that I have both wedding rings on. one on each hand then I started to remember why I was in there. My vision starts to blur from my tears.

Izuku what's going on with you. That wasn't like you at all.

Everyone came to visit and everytime I'd bring up how's Bakugo. They would make an excuse and leave. A week later I was released from the hospital. I asked the nurse and she told me to follow her. We entered the I.C.U. part of the hospital. The nurse told me to put on a sanitary suit on in order to protect him from bacteria. So I put it on. then she pulled the door to his room back. I broke down at the site of Bakugo. His torso was wrapped in bandages and he was on life support. The one thing that I noticed was a blue rose with red spots laying on his bed.

Hey nurse who gave him that rose?

I don't know. All I know is everytime a villain from the attack that he was in is murdered. He gets one of those roses.

Wait murdered!?

You haven't heard!?

The villains that were in that fight are being killed, and there deaths are always televised for the world to see. In fact there's only one left alive from the attack.

I run down the halls calling Izuku on my phone. I rip off the safety suit and make it outside.
