sometimes all we need is a moment of reflection
sometimes all we need is a moment of meditation
we never view the bright as calm, but it can be so much more than what it seems
the brilliance of our thoughts can only come to us when we listen to our dreams

yellow people, whoever they are, they're spiritual healers
people who look after those they love without realising the benefit
those who wonder what the hell their deal is
fail to see that everyone is worth it

everyone deserves to be happy, no matter who they are
everyone has a journey, no matter how far
everyone is a person, no matter what they wait for
everyone is multifaceted, no matter what has come before

Hoseok leans forward, burying his head in his arms and longing to fall asleep, knowing that he should probably be productive and not caring much about that, even if he should. His job is incredibly rewarding, it always has been, but there's only so much encouragement and light he can give off before he needs a break. He's only human, after all.

Lisa walks in on him napping all the time. She's used to seeing him curled up in all sorts of situations, and he always wakes up with a jolt and shakes himself back into the hyper personality she's familiar with until he realises that she won't judge him for needing to have a rest.

They're true best friends, in the sense that they understand each other. They don't need to explain themselves, don't need to ask questions, don't need to brush away moments that truly do matter. They've known each other long enough to know that a radio silence won't last forever. And if it does, that's something to worry about.

So when the office doesn't hear from their bright employer for more than two hours, she knows she needs to check up on him.

She pushes open the door to his private office, sighing in relief when she sees him still sat there, napping on his arms. The position looks uncomfortable, and his back will probably hurt later, but there are no major problems, which is always a good start. Still, he won't be happy that he was asleep. He always tells her to make sure he's awake. And so she has to choice but to adhere to his wishes. Even if she knows he probably needs the rest.

"Sunshine," she whispers, shaking the blonde out of his sleep, feeling a stabbing guilt hit her stomach when he opens his eyes and jolts upright, clearly horrified that he's been caught napping again. "It's just me. It's Aqua. You're alright, nobody else noticed. I just got worried is all. You know me."

He glances at her, smiles sleepily and rubs his face, index fingers working to remove any dried residue from the corners of his eyes and the rest of his hand running down the length of his nose. With an eye-watering yawn, he forces himself to stand up and take a good stretch, shaking his head quickly a few times to get rid of some of the heady fog of tiredness hanging over him like a shadow.

"Thank you," he murmurs quietly, and Lisa shrugs.
"Don't mention it, buddy. You doing alright?" Hoseok yawns again, blinking quickly to clear the resulting water from his eyes.
"Think I need an early night," he comments sheepishly. Lisa raises an eyebrow, crossing her arms and shifting her weight to the left.
"You think?"
"I'll get an early night, Lis. Don't worry."

The turquoise-haired woman nods determinedly, heading out of the office now that she knows her friend is alright. "You better, Jung Hoseok, or you'll find me controlling your sleep schedule like I did when we were starting the company." He meets her eyes.
"I will. I promise."
"I'll hold you to that."

As she exits the room, Hoseok shakes his head a little at himself, chuckling a little and picking up his phone, checking to see if any messages have come through which require his attention. There's a text from his phone provider, telling him that he can view his phone usage on some random ass website, and a missed call from an unknown number which looks suspiciously like a scam call.
