Ch. 26 Kidnapped.

(Echo pov)
It has been to weeks since Luke cut my stomach and I've been with Felipe and Chase ever since. I woke up this morning and they are still a sleep. I'm facing Felipe and I'm cuddling with him. I cuddle up to him more. Because I'm still scared. When they wake up, they got ready and we went to breakfast. We eat. Asher's family has become very protective of me and so is Duke. They got a new wolf shifter, who is Aztec my brother. They are protective of me to. When Asher was done he put my leash and collar on. "Let's go." He whispers in my ear. I nod and shift to wolf. We went to his car and go to school. We went to his first class and he sat down. The vampires in this school seem to like me. But the other pets hate me and it scares me. Most of the pets are a lot stronger than me and can hurt me badly. The bell rings and we went to his next class. We got through that class and Asher went to his locker. He got his lunch and went out side. He sat down and leaned on a tree. "Shift." He said softly. I shift and he pulls me into his lap. I cuddle with him and he rapped his arm around me. "I missed you baby." Asher said softly. "I missed you too." I said and smile a little. He works on paper work for a while and then holds out an apple to me. I smile a little and take the apple. Asher kissed my forehead and I eat the apple. "So I think you can move back in with me." Asher said. I got excited. "Really?" I ask. "Yes really." Asher said. He makes me lean on him again and  works on his paper work. "I love you Asher." I whisper. He smiles. "I love you too." He said. He works on his paper work for a few minutes and then his friends come over. They sit in a circle as Asher puts his paper work away. "Hey guys." Asher said. I turn in his lap so I'm facing away from Asher. "Hey." Darrell said. "Hey Echo." Clair said. "Hey." I said. They talk for a while and then I start to smell Luke. I take a deep breath. "Are you ok?" Asher asked me. I shake my head no. "What's wrong?" He asked. "I smell Luke." I whisper in his ear. He take a deep breath and growls a little. "What is it?" Clair asked. "Ok you know how there has been a threat on Echo? A guy named Luke wants her dead and I sense him near." Asher said. They all take deep breaths and growl a little. Asher's friends and Chase's friends have become a little protective of me. I don't know why though. Chase said it's because I'm the future queen but I'm not sure. "Please help me keep an eye out." Asher said. "Of course. She is the future queen. Eventually the whole kingdom will be protective of her." Sarah said. "Really?" I ask. "Yes. The kingdom has been extremely protective of every queen we have. It's in vampire nature." Josh said. "Ok." I said. Asher makes me lean on him and they talk for a while then a sleep gas comes out and puts all the pets to sleep. Including me.
(Asher pov)
Echo fell a sleep and I kiss her forehead. She cuddles with me in her sleep. "Man you hit a jackpot with her." Josh said. "Yeah I know." I said. "If you dump her I'm taking her." He added. "I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you." I said. Then we hear howls and Duke runs to me. Aztec tailing behind him. They sniff at Echo and whimper. "She's ok guys." I said. Then they shift. "Oh no. What is it?" I ask. "Luke put her and all the other pets to sleep." Duke said. "And he's after the vampires next." Aztec added. They shift and then are hit with sleep darts. They lay down and fell a sleep. I look at my now panicked friends. "We should go." I said. But then a sleep gas came out and put us all to sleep.
When I woke up I'm on a hospital bed and my friends are crowed around me. "Where's Echo?" I ask. They look down. "We don't know. Sorry Asher."
(Echo pov)
I woke up in a bed and I look around. Then the door opens and Luke comes in. I freak out and back into the wall. He closed the door and came over. "Please don't hurt me. I'm begging please don't hurt me." I plead. He caressed my cheek. "Sh baby. I won't hurt you I promise. I have never wanted you dead." He said. "Then why did you cut my stomach?" I ask. He sighs and now he has a look of regret. "I had to baby. I wanted to look like I want to kill you. So Asher wouldn't think that you like me more than him and hurt you. So I pretended to want to kill you. But I would never hurt you I promise baby." Luke said. "Then what do you want?" I ask. "You." He said simply. He sat next to me and smiled softly. "I want to love you and be with you. I want to be yours and you to be mine." He said as he raps his arms around me and pulls me to him. He kissed my head and I relax a little. "What about Asher?" I ask. "Don't worry I won't let him near you baby." He said. I nod and he pulls me into his lap. He makes me lean on him. He kissed my head and I calm down. "Ok." I said and he smiles. "Tell me if I do some thing you aren't comfortable with." He said. I nod. He rocks me back and forth. Eventually I fell a sleep in Luke's lap.
