Everyone carried on with their normal life the next day. Adelaide was on her way to her first class of the day, Transfiguration. Adelaide placed Snowball next to her. They had to bring their animals to class today because they were going to do something with them.

Even though everyone carried on with their life, they were still terrified of what happened last night. Even Draco was little anxious of the night before.

McGonagall stands infront of the class, "Today we will be turning animals into water goblets." She taps the bird that's in front of her three times with the tip of her wand. "Vera verto." The students all watch awe as the bird turns into a water goblet.

"Now who would like to go first?" Professer McGonagall asks and looks around. "Mr. Weasley?" She asks implying for Ron to start. He coughs nervously and taps his rat with his broken wand. Everyone laughs at him as his rat turns into a rat skin goblet with a tail.

"That wand needs replacing Mr. Weasley," McGonagall scolded. Ron nods sheepishly looking at his broken wand. She turns and looks at everyone, giving them a signal to start. Everyone then turned to their animals.

"Yes, Miss Granger?" McGonagall asks.  "Professor, I was wondering if you could tell us about the Chamber of Secrets?" Hermione asked, causing everyone's attention turn away on their animals to her. Adelaide glances at Hermione's untouched animal and at Professer McGonagall.

McGonagall's face grew stern, "My subject is Transfiguration Miss Granger." Hermione continued, "Yes Professer, but there seems to be very little written about the Chamber."

McGonagall thought for a moment then nods,  "Very well. You all know, of course, that Hogwarts was founded over a thousand years ago by the four greatest withes and wizards of the age," she informs us. "Godric Gryffindor, Helga Hufflepuff, Rowena Ravenclaw, and Salazar Slytherin. Three of the founders co-existed quie harmoniously,  only one did not."

She paused before she countined. "Salazar Slytherin wished to be more selective about the students admitted to Hogwarts. He believed that magical learning should be kept within all-magic families, in other words, purebloods. Unable to sway the others, he decided to leave the school. According to the legend, Slytherin had built a hidden chamber in thie castle known as the Chamber of Secrets. Though shortly before departing, he sealed it until the time his own true heir returned to the school. The heir alone would be able to open the Chamber of Secrets and unleashed the horror within, and by so doing, purge the school of all those who, in Slytherin's view, were unworthy to study magic."

Adelaide shifted in her seat. She knew Mcgonagall was referring to muggleborns and she grew rather uncomfortable. Espically with the fact that she was the first muggleborn to be sorted in Slytherin.

"The school has been searched many time for such chamber and it has never been found," McGonagall said before she turned around.

"Professor, what exactly does legend tell us lies within the Chamber?" Hermione asked once more. Professor McGonagall sighed before answering her, "The Chamber is said to be home to something which the heir of Slytherin alone can control. It is said to be home of a monster."

Everyone starts murmming to each other. Adelaide turns to Draco who had a smirk on his face. Adelaide frowned at him and turned back around, staring at her desk.

Class eventually ended and Draco had to heads off to the Qudditch pitch to change.

"I've been wondering, how did you get put in the Slytherin house if you're a muggleborn?" Blaise asks as they made their way outside. Adelaide looks at Blaise who tilted his head. "I really don't know," Adelaide sighed. "I just find it weird, since in Slytherin's view, muggles are unworthy to study magic," Blaise wonders, "Oh well, you're cool though." Blaise puts his arm on Adelaide's shoulder and she laughs.

It was midgame and the crowd cheers. Adelaide spots Lucius Malfoy from afar. "Is that Draco's father?" she asks Blaise. He looks in the direction she was looking, "Yeah, I'm pretty sure."

Adelaide turns her view back to the game and spots a Bludger zooming straight for Harry. Harry flies off trying to lose the Bludger, but it wasn't working. Suddenly Harry charged towards Draco. Once Draco realizes Harry has spotted the golden snitch, he follows him.

They raced each other madly as the Bludger trailed behind them, breaking the wooden beams. Draco kicked Harry. He snickers at him and turned around heading straight to a wooden beam.

Adelaide winced as Draco his the beam and falls falt on his back in the middle of the pitch. Harry cried out when the Bludger smashed into Harry's arm. He still steadied himself and caught the snitch with his good hand. He hits the pitch when he was unable to control his broom with his broken arm.

Crabbe and Goyle leave their seats and head towards Malfoy, Blaise and Adelaide followed behind.

Once they got to the pitch, they saw that everyone were with Harry and Malfoy had no one but Parkinson and Penelope.

"Draco!" Adelaide cried worridly and ran towards Draco, who was attempted to get up. "Don't move you idiot!" she scolds him. "Don't talk to him that way you Mudblood!" Parkinson yelled. "Where does it hurt?" Adelaide ignores Parkinson and kneels down next to him, holding him still. "My arm," he groans.

"Blaise, come help me," Adelaide calls for Blaise. Blaise comes over and helps Draco up, putting Draco's good arm over his shoulder. "Let's go to the Infirmary," Adelaide said. Off they went, passing the crowd that was huddled around Harry.

Draco laid on a bed in the infirmary. Harry layed on a bed farther in the room surrounded by the Gryffindors and Madam Pomfrey, who was currently attending him.

"Draco," Adelaide sighed, "We can leave now, Madam Pomfrey said it wasn't that bad." Draco huffed, "Fine, only because those Gryffindors are being so annoying right now." Adelaide rolled her eyes. Blaise helped him up. They then left the infirmary.

Harry watched as they, more specifically at the certain Slytherin muggle girl, leave without glancing at him for at least a second.
