Help Us Kitten

(Narrator's pov)
Rose ran quickly through the crowded aisles  of the concert hall, she brought grave news with her and she needed to tell her band mates quickly! Juleka and Luka watched the crowd nervously, they were missing their drummer and nobody could get a hold of him.

"Jules!", Rose cried screeching to a stop in her girlfriend's arms.

"What's the matter Rose?"

"Did you find Ivan?", Luka asked in a worried tone.

The young blonde teen stared at the pair before her and sighed, "He can't make it, his flight got delayed to come back I barely got the call since he was in the air this whole time."

Luka's heart sank in a panic, so many people had come to see kitty section preform how could they preform without a drummer? Marinette arrived with everyone's costumes but noticed the immediate distress from all of her friends.

"We can't preform not without a drummer!", Juleka groaned pulling at her hair in thought.

"Even if we find one, they don't know our songs. What are we gonna do?", Rose panicked trying hard to think of a solution.

Luka pondered in thought for a moment, who could help them right now? Who could possibly know they're songs and play on stage with them?

"Damnit we can't do it! There's no way we can play with a drummer.", Luka growled letting his anger slowly begin to bubble.

*Elsewhere in Paris*
A purple butterfly began to fly through the skies of Paris attracted to the rage and stress of the band members. Ginn sensed the Akuma from afar and ordered you to get to the stage, you soon understood why a great sense of anger was radiating from the stage. You decided to pull out your phone and call Luka to check on him, he was supposed to be waiting in the wings for their cue and you feared the Akuma was coming after one of your friends.

"Hello?"

"Hey Luka I'm here, stage looks great are you excited?", You cheered standing on your tip toes to look over the crowd.

"Not really, we don't have a drummer because Ivan got stuck at the stupid airport!", Luka growled in frustration.

You knew the Akuma was coming after him, you didn't want to chance that but you had some good news that might help him calm down.

"Let me play."

"Huh?"

"Let me fill in for Ivan and play the drums, I know how to play drums and I know all your songs by heart so I can do it.", You cheered noticing the Akuma fly in from the corner of your eye.

"Really! Can you that'd be great! Where are you I'll come and get you so security let's you by.", Luka cheered your heart beat wildly to the sound of his happy voice.

You ran to the left side of the stage where you saw the security guards and waited patiently for Luka to arrive. He hopped off the stage and walked past the guards and excitedly took your hand in his before pulling you past security. You could tell he wasn't angry anymore from his posture and the huge smile on his face, you sent Ginn to purify the Akuma and ordered him to return once the deed was done. Marinette and the other girls smiled seeing you and Luka hand in hand, Juleka smiled realizing what was going on before her partner did.

"(Y/n)'s gonna be our drummer tonight.", Luka cheered turning to smile brightly at you.

Your face heated up slightly but you quickly shook off the feel, you had to mentally prepare yourself for this. You felt something slide up your sleeve and smiled realizing it was Ginn.

"Oh (y/n) I don't have a costume for you, how am I supposed to have you stage ready!", Marinette panicked.

"It's fine Mari, I've got a blind fold that's enough.", You smiled raising up your (f/c) hoodie to hide your hair and face.

The stage manager announced that Kitty Section was up, everyone quickly  put on their masks and settled themselves on stage. Luka stared back at you watching as you tied a black ribbon over your eyes to hide your identity from the crowd. You caught his glance and smiled down at him before picking up your drum sticks and waited for your cue.

"We now present to you, KITYY SECTION!"

The curtains rose and Juleka and Luka began their introduction by shredding notes on their guitars!

"Good evening Paris! Are you ready to rock?", Rose cheered and Juleka played another loud note that the crowd tried to cheer over.

"I can't hear you Paris! Are you ready to rock?", Rose asked again this time Luka played the note and the crowd went wild.

You couldn't believe how warm the stage lights were, or how bright and lively the crowd was. Ginn gently patted your cheek to help you regain your composure, you took a deep breath and as the crowd became silently you lifted your arms up above your head and tapped your drum sticks together three times before slamming them onto the drums as you began the song. Luka and Juleka began to play to the beat of your drums and Rose began to sing. Luka couldn't help but stare at you past his mask, you looked happy...you looked so happy to be here. Your lips tugged at themselves forming a sweet excited smile on your face as you continued to play. You really did know how to play to their songs and you actually felt like you were apart of something. Luka smiled seeing you so happy, your smile was sincere and the melody of your heart made his beat like a drum.

"Music is like the beat of your heart, you bring people together.", A voice whispered in your head.

Looking out at the crowd you swear you could see a woman with wolf ears standing out amongst the people of Paris. Tears started to fall from your concealed eyes as your mother's words continued to play in your mind. Rose's voice soon echoed out over the stage until the crowd started to roar, the whole band threw up peace signs at the crowd while you tried to catch your breath. You got so lost in thought and the music that you forgot yourself for a moment.

"Hee...I love unicorns.", You whispered to yourself repeating the lyrics to the song you had just played to.

The curtain fell so that the next group could set up before Kitty Section played an encore and you couldn't stop the smile on your face. You removed your bandana to relax properly and in Luka's eyes you seemed to be glowing, you smiled at him unsure of what he was thinking only to notice a blush crawling over her tan cheeks.

"Hey guys I made it as soon as I could!", Ivan cheered stomping onto the stage.

Rose and Juleka cheered telling Ivan about how incredible your performance was. You chuckled at their praise and decided it would be best for you to stand down now that Ivan was here. You thought you could sneak off without being noticed but Luka captured your hand in his and smiled at you, you were unsure why he was holding you back but then he pulled you towards him. His arm rested on your waist as the other cupped your cheek and his lips rested on yours. Rose and Jules gasped in shock to what was happening, you were frozen solid in shock as Luka's lips pressed against yours for the first time ever. Luka was just so overwhelmed by your talent and beauty on stage he couldn't hold back anymore. He slowly pulled away from you until he realized what he had done, you didn't push him away but you did slip out of his grip trying to hide your blushed face.

"I-I'll see you later....I-I...do great out there.", You stuttered trying your best to stay composed but you couldn't face Luka after that.

Luka was held back despite wanting to chase after you by his band mates. You weren't seen the rest of the night, you didn't answer any messages or calls, you just vanished.
