Our Little Secret

(Adrien's pov)
"Or did you forget, Kitty?"

My body froze in shock hearing that nickname, besides Ladybug there was only one other person that would call me that and that was Howl. I stared at (y/n) in shock until she lifted up her bangs to show me her injury from yesterday that I had caused.

"H-howl?"

"The one and only little kitty.", She smiled letting her bangs fall to cover her wound again.

I was shocked seeing you here like this, you knew my identity but why risk showing me yours?

"I've known who you are for quite some time and after my mistakes from yesterday I thought it'd only be right if I showed you who I was.", She explained allowing her Kwami out from her hoodie to greet me.

The small grey wolf hovered several feet away from me and bowed to my presence before returning to (Y/n)'s side. Plagg emerged from my book bag and stared at the other Kwami with an unreadable expression but soon he smiled and hovered over to the small wolf for a hug.

"It's been a long time brother.", Plagg snickered ruffling the Kwami's cheeks.

"At least one of you still likes me."

"So this is your current Master huh? She's a very lovely girl, you're lucky I got stuck with this kid and his toilet paper rolls."

"Hey!", I growled pulling Plagg back to my side by his tail, sometimes I forget how embarrassing my partner is.

You giggled at Plagg's behavior and kissed your Kwami sweetly before walking up to me.
(Y/n) smiled at me and petted my cheek softly, "I trust you with my secret, all I ask is that you keep this between the two of us and I'll do the same in return."

I was unsure of this deal, after everything that's happened I didn't know wether I could take your word or not but your actions have spoken louder then your words so I knew you'd keep my secret safe.

"Fine but I have to know one thing, are you really dying because of your powers?"

You stared up at me with sad eyes and I watched your Kwami begin to tear up, "I am but after my last few encounters with death I've changed my final goal. I'm not after revenge anymore, I'll never forgive Hawkmoth or Mayura but I can't kill them for being humans. Adrien I'm gonna die soon probably before this year ends but before I do I'm gonna rid the wolf miraculous of it's curse and set the butterfly and peacock miraculous free."

I stared at her in shock and felt my heart beat against my rib cage, she had already accepted her fate even with all the good things she had in her life. I took her hand in mine and squeezed it tight staring into her eyes with nothing but determination, "I trust you (Y/n), and I'll do my best to help you reach your goal. Ladybug and I will do our best to break the curse with you because we don't want to lose you. You're our friend and friends stick together to the end."

"Thank you Adrien, and if you find it necessary then I give you my full permission to tell Ladybug my identity if you find any of your friends in danger because of me. I won't put your friends at risk anymore, not if it means I lose two of my favorite partners."

"I won't need too, when the time is right we'll tell her and bring down Hawkmoth together as a team.", I cheered hugging you tightly.

You smiled at me and thanked me for my words, the bell for class disrupted our moment but it was okay. We headed back to the courtyard and you ran to Luka who had been waiting patiently for you. It was nice seeing you so happy, it was nice seeing Luka happy and because of that I wanted to help you even more. I quietly headed off to class and watched you disappear hand in hand with Luka to yours.

(Luka's pov)
(Y/n) was busy with Adrien for quite sometime, I wonder if they were talking about their moms again? Or maybe he noticed the cut on her forehead? Who knows but I'm just glad she's okay after yesterday's events, I hate not being able to protect her when she needs me most. She squeezed my hand and smiled at me melting away all the anger that was bubbling up inside me.

"You need to be more careful Bunny, I worry about you.", I sighed.

You giggled and apologized for messing up so much lately, "Hey...umm...lately I've been having nightmares so I haven't been sleeping so...umm...I was wondering if you wanted to come over and sleep with me.", You stuttered nervously.

I stared at you in blissful shock as a blush painted it's way over my face, sleep with you?! Is that legal we've barely been dating a couple of months is that okay?!

"I-I don't mean sex you dork.", You blushed feeling embarrassed by my silence.

"I-I-I know! I know that umm...I-I'd love too I need a break from song writing anyways and we can watch movies and eat popcorn and-"

"Okay I get it! It's a yes!", You pouted only for us to break out into a laugh.

Even if you're in danger you still somehow manage to see past everything bad and find a good thing to smile about. That's what I love and cherish about you, every day I wake up and see you I'm reminded just how lucky I am to be with you. Nothing could split us up, nothing at all.

~in another part of the city~
Hawkmoth stared into the light gleaming into the room as his butterflies fluttered around him. He wasn't happy, Lila wasn't creating enough havoc for him to get a strong villain but soon enough he'd have (y/n)! That girl was a bottomless pit of negative emotions just waiting to be akumatized and when she is Hawkmoth would have his final piece to destroy Howl and resurrect the very thing he lost!
