Miraculous Song

Too Late

(Narrators POV)
Marinette was in a panic, strange rocks began to form around the city and there was an obvious rise in akumitization that she could hardly handle alone. She considered giving the other miraculous holders their powers permanently but that would only cause a bigger issue. Even with Chat and Howl by her side she was unsure if she could still handle everything going on.

"Mari? You don't look to well.", a voice sighed.

Finally focusing on her surroundings Marinette's face turned bright red realizing that her friend (Y/n) was literally in her face.

"(Y-y/n)! You scared me!", the blue haired teen squealed backing away from her all to close friend.

The silent teen smiled at her and took a seat next to her, Marinette noticed your discoloration and frowned wondering why you were so pale. You could tell from her eyes that she was worried but just laughed it off telling her that there was nothing to worry about. She glared at you threatening to call Luka if you refused to confess what was going on, you sighed in defeat and agreed to speak even if you really didn't want to.

"Sorry, there is just been so much going on recently that the stress is starting to get to me, I feel like I'm dying.", You sighed resting your head on her small shoulder.

Marinette let out a sad hum and rested her head softly against yours understanding your situation all to well.

"It's okay (Y/n) we'll be all right.", she sighed trying to sound as reassuring as she could.

Another siren went off in the city alerting everyone of another akumatization, Mari sighed and quickly rushed into the locker room with (Y/n) ordering her to hide and stay calm before she was akumatized herself. There was an indescribable look on (Y/n)'s face, as if she was worried about something but Marinette just didn't have time to stay behind and look after her. With a silent 'stay here', the blue haired teen left her friend behind to take care of the danger at hand. Once she was transformed Ladybug hopped onto a nearby rooftop only to be joined by her two friends Chat and Viperion.

"Feels like it was just yesterday when I saw you.", Ladybug sighed noticing a worried look on Viperion's face, "You okay Viperion?"

"Just worried and a little agitated.", the snake hero growled in annoyance.

"I noticed your girlfriend, she went to hide in the locker room with a pig tailed friend of hers.", Ladybug smiled hoping it would cheer up her friend.

They didn't have much time to talk as two villains ambushed them and tried to attack them.

(In the locker room)

You sighed cradling your head as a sharp pain started to cause your vision to go blurry, the stress was going to be the death of you. You could sense another presence in the room and barred your teeth knowing that Lila was here and as always it had something to do with you.

"Oh (Y/n)? You can't avoid us forever (Y/n), everyone else in Paris is starting to get akumatized so why can't you just accept it and become one of us. It'll be a lot more productive than this wannabe perfect life that you're trying to protect.", the manipulative teen giggled.

"Young Master, I'll distract her and you run for it.", Ginn growled ready to defend you.

"Yeah okay, but here take this.", You ordered taking off your miraculous and handing it to your kwami partner.

Ginn was obviously hesitant to take your ear cuff but deep down you both knew this was for the best, the chances of you getting akumatized were great but at least like this you would avoid losing your miraculous to Hawkmoth. Ginn phased through the door of the locker and quickly hid to change into Howl, once he did he got Lila's attention and escorted her somewhere safe while she pretended to be scared about the situation. Once they were gone you quietly exited the locker and ran off towards the city, you had to hide.

"So that girl is the holder of the Wolf Miraculous? She doesn't seem like much to me."

"To think that runt has been alive all this time? Now...now I can bring Emily back and all I need is her."

"Miraculous Ladybug!"

"Finally it's over, ugh.", Chat sighed falling lazily onto his stomach.

Ladybug giggled and offered him a hand up but the exhausted cat refused to get up, Viperion still seemed distracted by something but his miraculous began to ring signaling the end of his transformation.

"It was great working with you both again, see you later.", he huffed hopping onto the rooftop to hide from the others.

"Something is just not right with that man.", Chat complained well aware that something was wrong with Luka.

"Give him a break Chat, he's going through a lot. These strange rocks are causing way to many akumatizations, and I heard his girlfriend almost got akumatized by four akumas.", Ladybug sighed.

Chat's eyes filled with an obvious worry, four akumas? Damn it he'd have to check on you soon before something bad happened. Both of their miraculous began to sound off meaning they'd have to disappear soon but something stopped them.

"Ladybug, Chang Noir!", a small voice screamed.

Chat's green hues widened in shock seeing the small grey kwami holding its miraculous, "Ginn what are you doing here?", Chat screamed ignoring his miraculous.

Ginn growled seeing their weakened miraculous and released a small wave of energy recharging their powers. 

"Chat who is this?"

Chat stated at Ladybug shocked by what was going on, "M-milady this is...this is Ginn, the wolf miraculous."

Ladybug's blue hues glared at Ginn in shock and became defensive but Chat stood between them both.

"Ginn what's going on what's happened to Howl?"

"She's in danger! Hawk moth and Mayura! They're going to akumatize her, in order to avoid us both being lost she gave me her miraculous and ordered me to run, I need help please help me save her.", Ginn cried holding his ear cuff close to his little chest.

Ladybug squeezed Chat's shoulder getting his attention, "Chat are you sure about this?"

"I trust Howl milady, if you want help her I will. She's my friend.", Chat sighed.

Both young heroes stood in silence until Ginn's growl caught their attention, they noticed someone on the rooftop a wolf like villain with lifeless (e/c) hues. Ginn growl turned into a whine and deep down Chat knew who this was, the villain was (Y/n)!

"We're too late.", Ginn cried holding onto his miraculous for dear life.

"Howl? That's Howl? Oh no.", Ladybug cried.

"Time to hunt.", you growled.

It was too late but Chat wasn't going to let you fall into darkness not when they still needed you. Not when you still needed them, he'd save you and bring you back!
