Dream Come True

(Narrator's pov)
"Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Useless brain.", Luka chanted hitting his head against the wall with every word.

Juleka patted her brother's lower back from her position on the ground while she waited to spot you entering the school. She was surprised an Akuma hadn't shown up to possess her brother considering the emotional turmoil he was in from last night's events. Kitty Section was a hit last night thanks to (y/n) but the sudden kiss from Luka had scared her off.

"Jule."

"Hmm?"

"I'm an idiot!", Luka pouted slamming his forehead pretty hard against the concrete wall of the school.

"Luka that's wall abuse please stop. (Y/n) was just surprised is all, I'm sure she's fine.", Juleka sighed still waiting for you to appeare.

Luka groaned in frustration before plopping himself onto the floor with his sister, her red hues caught sight of your signature (f/c) jacket and she quickly lifted her brother's head to show him you were here. Luka's face quickly became a crimson mess, he was unsure what to tell you after last night and fearful that you'd run from him again. These negative emotions quickly attracted an Akuma that no one had noticed. On the other side of the court yard you hid your blushed face from everyone with your hood until Ginn got your attention.

"Young Master an Akuma is making it's way to Luka, he's radiating negative emotions you must distract him before he's akumatized.", Ginn whispered against your ear.

You caught sight of the Akuma flying towards an obviously unhappy Luka, you quickly jogged over to him. Juleka patted her brother's back to get his attention but you beat her to the punch.

"So what you just gonna steal my first kiss and mope around about it?", You growled teasingly immediately getting Luka to his feet.

You noticed the Akuma getting closer to Luka, Juleka settled her thoughts and calmly moved away leaving you and Luka alone with the Akuma. Luka was babbling a weak apology but his guilt was only bringing the Akuma closer so you did the one thing you knew would distract him.

"Luka.", You purred wrapping an arm around the back of his neck while your free hand rested on his cheek. You felt his face heat up as your lips pressed softly against his but the shock didn't last long, soon his arms rested lazily on your hips and you watched the Akuma fly away for another victim.

You decided to enjoy the kiss for just a couple more seconds before pulling away, Luka's face melted into a dopey grin but he seemed so happy. Your heart beated wildly against your chest, you were so unsure what to do next but you were obviously happy by the kiss.

"Um...s-so yeah that was uh...payback for yesterday. I-I'll see you later Luka.", You stuttered nervously before turning on your heels and running off to class.

Juleka smiled at what had just occurred and shook her brother back into reality only to have her ears chatted off by the overly excited dork she called a brother. Luka had never been this in love with someone before, he was never like this when he first dated Marinette, so this strange behavior was something Juleka couldn't handle. Luka promised to finish his rant at home before bolting off to class before the warning bell, the rest of the day he was radiating this very happy cheerfully aura and it was contagious. Everyone around him felt happy because of his goofy smile but what made him more excited was seeing you in robotics.

"Hey (y/n).", He hummed softly making his way to his seat in front of you.

"Okay a single kiss could not possibly make you th-"

"Yes it could.", He quickly responded pressing his fingertips against his curled lips.

"You're such a dork.", You giggled mimicking his actions as a blush crawled over you face from ear to ear.

Robotics passed by quickly and soon it was lunch time, although Luka was happy he needed to satisfy the aching question in his heart. He met with you alone on the school rooftop to eat lunch with you but a question lingered in his mind.

"Just ask what you want to ask. You're making me anxious about this whole thing.", You admitted leaning your head against his shoulder like on your first date.

"Umm well...I was wondering what you're feelings are towards me, like I know we're friends and al-"

"But you're not a friend."

"Huh?!", Luka exclaimed loudly in shock.

"Let me rephrase that! I don't see you as a friend...I see you as...well more as a crush. I think you're really cute and you're very patient helping me break out of my cold shell. If I had to be cliche I guess you've melted the ice around my frozen heart.", (Y/n) explained sinking her head into her jacket to hide her face.

Luka was taken by complete surprise by her words, he never would've imagined that you felt the same about him! His heart danced in joy against his chest and his body once again moved on its own as you gently moved your head towards him and stole another kiss from your deliciously plump lips.

"L-luka!"

"(Y/n) I feel the exact same way. Ever since we met here on the roof top I haven't been able to get you out of my mind, I love seeing a smile on your face. I know you've suffered a lot of hardships on your own but I want to be there for you from now on. Let's date, let me be your boyfriend so I can remind you everyday that someone you love is still with you.", Luka smiled hugging you close to his body.

Your body heated to as the thought swirled in your head for a bit, you knew from the start that Luka basically destroyed any defenses you had against humanity...so maybe opening up to him wasn't such a bad idea.

"Soo....say ummm...say that this next date we go on isn't the second date I promised you...and...and instead it's our first date as a couple.... would you be okay with that?", (Y/n) stuttered trying her hardest to hide her flushed expression from him.

Luka chuckled against your ear while his grip on you barely tightened around you, he was fine with the idea and honestly you were to. You looked up at him finding yourself lost in his gorgeous oceanic hues and smiled as you claimed yet another kiss from his soft lips. Today was a dream come true, today you both became happy even without the help of a lucky charm!
