Connor took my hand as we walked up to Jonah and another guy standing in front of the supermarket. "Alli!" He exclaimed as he saw me. He put his arm around me, I used one arm to hug him back, not letting go of Connor's hand. "Connor." He said, after he let go of me and was looking at Connor.
I met the other guys' eyes. "Is that...?" I asked Jonah and he nodded. "My boyfriend." He smiled. "Jordan, meet Allison and Connor." He said to his boyfriend. "Hey."
I gave him a small smile and looked around. "Isn't your family coming? I missed your dad a lot to be honest."
He grinned. "Over there." He said, pointing at three people coming our way. "Allison!" Ludwig, Jonah's dad, shouted, walking a little fast than the rest to embrace me. "I missed you." He said and I returned his tight hug. "I missed you more, I'm sure."
"How's you mom?" He asked and I rubbed my forehead. "Currently back home, with her boyfriend." I said and he gave me a smile. "That's good, what brings you here?"
"My boyfriend took me here with his family." I said, and Ludwig looked over my shoulder. "The Hamilton boy?"
I slowly nodded. "Yeah."
"How long have you guys been together?" He asked, walking back to his family with me. "A month, tomorrow."
"Hope he's treating you right." He said, putting his arm around my shoulder. "Hey, Alli." Timon said, opening his arms to give me a hug. "It's been a while." I said and he gave me a small grin. "The day you said goodbye to my little brother was the last day I saw you. How's your-" He cut himself off, cocking his head to the side and his brow furrowed. "Connor Hamilton?"
I turned around and Connor was walking over to me. "Timon Carrera? I knew the last name was familiar." He said, as they gave each other a fistbump. "Damn, you got even taller than three years ago when I was still coaching you."
I frowned. "You coached him?"
"Well, kinda, I was on my stage to become a coach. Those were the good times, eh?" He said, his Canadian side coming out. "So, you coached my brother and I didn't know?" I asked and he shook his head. "I gave him private training, like, outside of school. He was one of the best players, but the school thought he could only get better and make a career out of it. Still doing that?" He asked Connor and Connor shrugged. "Ben took my place as quarterback, or I let him, see it how you want to. My passion for football is not as hard anymore, I don't think I could make my job out of it. More like a doctor or something?"
"Hell of a hot doctor." I muttered and only Connor heard me, a grin on his face. "Is Ben still dating Riley?" Timon asked and I shook my head. "Oh no, she cheated."
"What?" He yelped and I nodded. "Where's Ben, actually?"
"Getting over his hangover." Connor said, trying to hide his chuckle. "It's not funny, he threw up like ten times this morning." Connor put his arm around my shoulder. "Honey," He said, kissing my head. "I'm certain he'll be better by tonight."
"Oh, you guys are dating?" Timon asked and Connor furrowed his brows. "Why do you look so surprised?"
"Not to be rude or anything, but you weren't exactly the dating type back then." He said and shrugged after. "I mean, it's a good thing you're dating her and not that annoying ass bitch called Janine." He said. I stifled back my laughter and Connor squeezed my shoulder to stop me. "You literally dated blonde weirdo for four months." He said and I gave him a glare.
"Wait let me guess, the other guy of the Sanchez family? Not Dustin, but..."
"Lucas." I sighed, shaking my head. "Where's your mom?" I asked and Timon looked around. "Talking to Miss Hamilton."
I turned around, letting Connor's arm slide of my shoulder. I walked up to the two ladies deep in conversation. "And you know how Jonah is, he just went like I'm bisexual and sorry if you don't like it, if so, screw you. I was like why would I not like it." She stopped as she saw me. "Allison Daniels, haven't you changed since the last time I saw you."
"I certainly hope so, it would be a shame if I still was the same thirteen year old." I said and Tina gave a hug. "I heard your dating Caitlin's handsome son, you definitely have a good taste, haven't you?"
Caitlin put her hand on my arm. "I'm glad it's you and not Jane, that bitch can't do anything good for this world. I'm sorry for my language, don't tell Sammy." She said and I laughed. "Oh, I truly am happy to be with your son. He makes me feel special."
"Jonah was really excited when he came back the day he saw you, bringing up you two's memories. What a time you guys had together." She said, sighing as her eyes drifted off to her son. "Yeah, it was. Nothing can last of course, or at least, not everything can. I'm glad we both found someone that makes us feel safe." I said, looking at Connor who was still talking to Timon. "What about Timon? Did he marry Annabeth, like he always said he would?"
A smile came onto her face. "They married last year, she's pregnant actually. Around four months, she couldn't come with her work, I'm sure she would've loved to see you again."
"I'll give her a call soon enough, I'll leave you guys to it." I said and walked back to Connor, placing my lips on his cheek. "Alli, can you believe this guy is about to be a father? I can't."
Timon softly shoved him. "I heard, so what's the gender?" I asked and Timon grinned. "Twins, gender is still secret."
"Oh, if there's a girl, please, do call her Allison."
"We're thinking, I'll propose it to Annabeth. Don't get your hopes us, though." He said and he squinted his eyes. "I just had an idea for a name, thank you." He said to me and I frowned. "What?"
"It's a secret."
"I want a daughter named Elena or Anna, sounds good?" Connor asked, nudging my sides. "I want a son named Nate or Shawn." I said and he frowned. "Shawn?" He asked and I nodded. "Shawn. My dad's middle name." He squeezed my hand and kissed my head.
"You guys move fast." Timon said and Connor kissed my head as he put his arms around me. "I mean, we look forward to what the future brings us, together or not."
I nodded, putting my arms around him, too. "What does Benjamin think about that you two are dating each other?" Timon asked and I bit my lip. "He got me thinking about it, actually."
"He did?" Connor asked and I looked up at him. "Yeah, he was like Oh, lil' one, do what makes you happy and if that's him, I'm not holding you back- or something like that at least."
"Oh, well, you're lucky your brother likes him. Annabeth has four brothers and her eldest one can't seem to accept that I married his sister." Timon said, shaking his head. "I mean, I'm getting him to like me a little bit. He's happy she's starting a family though."
"Remember when Ben threatened to un-private me?" Connor asked me and I nodded. "The morning after your stupid ass decided to kiss me." I said and he grinned. "Good times, right? Tough, you're the one wanting to-"
I cut him off by poking him in the ribs. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry mister."
"Guys, you are the most iconic couple I've ever seen. I thought you and Jonah were gonna end up together somehow, but then I met Jordan and I started to really doubt that. You two make a great couple and I'm sure you'll last."
I'm sure we will.
