So now that you're here I wanna point something out that might sound a bit weird since my book is called The Falling Virgin. I think 'virginity' is one of the dumbest concepts out there, and I'm going to tell you why I think so.

Since virginity is created by society and people learn that you 'lose' something when you have sex for the first time, so do people think that you might change when it's 'gone'. That's why I made Allison not change after Connor took her virginity, but this is also why I didn't let Lucas take it in any way possible. Lucas was obviously after her virginity and Connor was in love, which made him let her make the decision if it felt right.

It's so ridiculous that it makes someone a different person when they've had sex. It doesn't, the only thing that changes is that you are an experience wiser.

Last thing that bothers me, the fact that most of the time men get praised when they have sex and women get downgraded cause they did the same thing. It's so stupid that one gender gets respected and the other gender disrespect whilst they did the exact same thing. That is straight up bullshit.
