El and Beth stood beside each other, lifting the shiny red car from the ground as the men dressed in black, bearing guns, turned around and watched them in shock.

On the count of three, both girls threw their arms out, sending the car flying towards the men, killing them as the car crushed them and landed on its side.

Shattered glass now covered the food court, as did Russian guns and walkies, but through it, Beth could see her brother's curls poking out from behind the counter where the car landed.

"Beth!" he cried, running with Steve, Robin and Erica to meet up with the rest of them.

Dustin crashed into Beth, shedding a few tears into her shirt as he blubbered out jumbled words she couldn't understand.

"Hey, Dusty." Beth breathed, having to lift her injured leg to avoid sending any more pressure and pain through the torn flesh. "Are you okay? I heard about the Russians."

Dustin sighed, steeping out of the hug to let Beth sit down. "I'm fine, but they beat the shit out of Steve and also drugged him and Robin."

"Robin?" Beth asked, looking over to the short blonde who was poking Steve and pointing over to them while bent over, laughing hard. "Who's she?"

"She works at Scoops with Steve, but now she's a friend. Trust me, she knows everything." Dustin informed as Robin began talking loudly.

"Steve!" she giggled. "The girl you like is so pretty! You didn't tell me she was Dustin's sister and here with us!"

Beth laughed gently at the high schooler's reaction to the drugs she was put on. What she didn't realize was that Robin was sober- and truthful.

Once Beth saw Steve's beaten face, she limped over with concern washed all over her face. "Steve." she gasped. "I knew you got beat up, but I didn't know it was that bad!"

"I'm fine, really. Just a few bruises and scratches, seriously." Steve shrugged, looking down to avoid the obvious blush that covered his cheeks. He hoped to God that his bruises were hiding the redness well enough.

"Are you okay?" Beth asked.

"Yeah, totally." he reassured, but once he looked down to her leg, his jaw fell to the floor and his eyes grew wide. "What the hell?"

Nancy and Jonathan glanced over to Steve who was now vigorously trying to move Beth to a chair to sit. "Woah, Steve!" Jonathan yelled, jogging over with Nancy to make sure that he was being careful with the pregnant teen.
