You and Loki walked down to his chambers together to get ready and "save Jane's life".

Once you reached his room you unlocked the door and sighed. You sat down on the bed and motioned Loki to get ready.

As Loki disappeared into the bathroom you walked over to the bookshelves, you knew that those were the first books you've ever read and pulled out a small red book.

You knew that it was Loki's favorite since he could read and it was obvious. When you couldn't sleep he would run to your room next door, crawl up next to you in bed with his book and read to you. You remembered that the book was about midgardian fairytales and that it was written by some brothers named Grimm.

You floated in your memories and didn't notice that you were creating illusions showing them.

You thought about your mother and how she cared about you when you were sick, which was at least twice a month but now that you've grown older you weren't sick that often but if you were, you wouldn't leave your room or rather say your bed. The longest time you've been sick was four months and Frigga actually thought you were going to die because you weren't eating properly and got way too thin, looking like a living corpse.

Only after Thor and Loki visited you and ate with you for days, your body was regenerating.

You turned around to see an illusion of yourself, smaller and only 5 years younger than the present you. She looked at you with tired eyes, she looked fragile and way too thin. Her body looked like a skeleton, no wonder why your mother was so scared and thought that you would die. You saw a figure appearing behind the younger you and looked up to see your mother hugging you from behind and giggling.

She kissed your temple and pointed at you, you recalled that in this memory you were standing in front of a mirror.

"You truly looked like a skeleton y/n.", Loki said as he entered the room again, showered and groomed.

"We actually thought you were going to die y/n. We wanted to spend a lot of time with you and hoped that you at least won't feel alone anymore .", he sighed and walked towards you.

You snapped your fingers and were dressed in your training armor and the illusion disappeared.

" I still don't understand how I was the only one in the family who got sick that often. Not even Thor got sick like I did.", you huffed.

"I think it has its reasons. Maybe it has to do with what goddess you are, you still don't know what kind of goddess you are. You are not a mischief like me but quite mighty like Thor, you don't have thunders though. I guess your body couldn't handle your power and that made you sick. "

"I do have electricity shields!", you stated and grinned at him.

He patted your shoulders, "But no other kind of electricity, y/n what are most of your powers?", he asked and you looked at him.

"Uhm... I would say my magic, intellect and maybe some of my fighting skills but if I had to pick one out if that I would say my magic."

"Then it would be that one, you are the goddess of magic y/n."

You furrowed your brows and looked at him.

"I don't think I am one though... I wasn't even strong enough to save the person I loved the most."

"That doesn't mean anything y/n. It could be that you are meant to save someone else but your magic was strong from day one. Y/n... Your magic is even stronger than mine. Remember when you were the one who teached me how to make my illusion look and feel real? Not even mother could teach me that and you, you just knew how to do that! "

" Okay I'll give you that but... I don't care what goddess I am but I don't think my power made me sick. "

You remembered the day you were in Jotunheim and hurt Laufey. You weren't really using your magic but still, there was something powerful in you. You recalled how Odin looked at you when he was there to save you, he was scared and you thought he was scared of Laufey hurting you back then but his frightened gaze wasn't on Laufey it was on you. That's when it snapped in your head, "Odin was afraid of me" you mumbled and walked to the window out on the balcony.
