Switch of Plans

Ultron held Natasha in hostage but she managed to send a Morse code and tell you the location she and Ultron were in. You were suiting up in a new uniform Tony gave you since your old one was destroyed by Ultrons laser. The suit was identical to your old one and to your surprise Tony even managed to repair your old cloak.

You walked into the bathroom to put your hair up in a ponytail and saw Wanda and Pietro suiting up. You snapped your fingers and a small red jacket appeared.

"I think you could use it more than I do.", you said and handed the jacket to Wanda.

You walked out of the room and met up with Thor.

"Y/n... I have something to tell you.", Thor said and you saw that he was uncomfortable.

"Go on, what is it?"

"Heimdall contacted me, father wants you to come back to Asgard.", he sighed.

You were shocked, why would Loki want you back in Asgard or rather said why now?

"Is there a reason why I need to return to Asgard?", you questioned and looked at him, signaling him that you obviously don't want to leave.

"He said that someone is in Asgard, someone from Midgard. They are looking for you and you might know them. He said that the people are from a place called KamarTaj."

You couldn't believe what he said, why would they search for you instead of just asking your father where you are? There is something fishy about that and you know it.

" Oh God... Uh well Thor that is actually quite important. Normally they would ask father where I am and come to look for me but if they are looking around for me then something is wrong, those are not the people of Kamar Taj or at least not the people I know. ", you said and turned on your heel walking outside.

" Should I come with you? ", Thor asked nervously but you shook your head.

" No Thor, the Avengers need you, you need to stay here and help them kill Ultron. Even though they now have Vision they still need some help."

"But what about you? You are strong and I saw you and that witch girl talking, you two seem to get along quite well considering the fact that she actually wanted to kill us. You are way more useful to the team than I am.", Thor pouted knowing he can't change your mind.

" Don't be silly Thor" you chuckled and gave him a kiss on his cheek, " a God of thunder is way more stronger than a small girl with a few magic spells from her mother and also do you want to lose another one of our family? "

Thor gave you a tight hug and shook his head.

After he released you from his hug you called out for Heimdall.

A few seconds later the way to familiar rainbow colors of the bifrost, fully knowing that something was off.

You felt the familiar ground under your shoes and stepped out of the light. You were greeted by Heimdall, but he wasn't like he used to be.

He didn't welcome you like he always did, 1ith one of his big bear hugs, no he stared at you as if he was trying to read your thoughts.

"Heimdall, is everything alright?", you asked concerned and approached him.

"My princess... I mean y/n... Do you happen to know if Loki is still alive?", he asked and looked you straight in the eyes.

"Heimdall.... Loki died in my arms... There is no way he could still be alive.", you sighed, knowing that he'll soon find out anyways.

He straightened himself and opened his arms finally giving you a hug.

"I just wanted to know if you would know... I can sense that he is here and your father hasn't been acting like himself."

You raised one eyebrow and looked at him.

"Speaking of father, do you happen to know where he is? Knowing that some people of Kamar Taj are walking around Asgard searching for me he would wait for me, wouldn't he?", you asked and looked up to the palace.

It was beautiful as ever and woke up a few memories of first visiting Heimdall and staring up at the palace.

" He should be in his chambers, but be careful. Even though those Kamar Taj people should be nice, those don't seem to be, so please take care!", Heimdall said and followed your gaze up to the palace.
