Tainted Love
(n.) love you have for a person that is so deep and feels like it should last forever, but it can't for some complicated, unfair reason.

Emotions are complicated. They're sueded and manipulated daily by the smallest of things. Half the time, I think that what I feel is a hundred times more than most people. My mom was definitely right about that, so was my therapist.
Love, on the other hand, is an emotion that's nearly impossible to figure out. It's an equation that takes the littlest pieces of the puzzle to be right in order for that one magical moment to finally happen. Although, it's not even one moment, it's a billion moments that are meant to be added onto.
However, love can also break people. I've been broken my fair share of times in the past... shattered more like. But I'm starting to realize that I can't solely depend on a single being to create my happiness. I think that's what my mom was getting at when she spoke to me about Kali.
Kali seemed to be my everything but maybe, we were just a something that was never destined for everything.
